About Our Vehicles/Fleet
We have added new vehicles to our fleet to ensure you, our customers, have your products delivered as soon as possible and as safely as possible. Using our own growing fleet of delivery vehicles, we deliver our products throughout mainland England and Wales as well as most of Scotland. We cherish our fleet of brightly coloured vehicles like they might be our own children, which is why we felt compelled to give them names. We ensure that our vehicles are kept clean, sound and never want for so much as a new air freshener.
All our vehicles are bought new, serviced regularly, and replaced after 3-4 years. We also have agreements in place to ensure they are regularly serviced so that our "fix it" reflexes waste no time getting them back to their expert best. "Why do I care?" we hear you ask. Well, by owning and looking after our vehicles we know our vehicles will look after us and you. Old chestnuts like "Sorry pal, the van's broken down" or “It’s the courier’s fault” are never justified and thanks to our vehicle vigilance Dunster House ensure such incidents are kept strictly to a blue-moon minimum.
Another reason why we’ve always run our own fleet of vehicles is because we know that in a lot of residential areas you simply can’t deliver with a 40ft articulated lorry, unfortunately not all of our competitors have such common sense! So almost all* of our Trucks are 7.5T which are the smallest Trucks available, this allows them to get to you pretty much wherever you are and without the need for extra delivery charges.
*We have eighteen 7.5T Trucks and one 18T Truck – which we always check is suitable prior to sending it.
