Please Note: The product will be delivered on a flat bed van and you will need to unload it by hand with the assistance of the driver. However, if you have purchased an installation from us, our installation team (click here for more info) will unload the vehicle with the aid of our driver. The product is made from kiln dried quality graded timber, to prevent moisture/rain from warping and rotting the timber, the product must be covered if it is to be stored outside prior to construction and treatment.

Timber is a natural product and can contract and expand, develop shakes and have minor imperfections. All our timbers are graded and checked for suitability before packing. Minor alterations may have to be carried out on site to effect a finished product. Products are supplied untreated, (except for pressure treated bearers, pressure treated flooring on verandas, Greenhouses, Worksheds and Stables) and roofing felt is not supplied as standard, however roof shingles or rolls of felt can be bought as an option from this web-site. Depending upon your location and final use you should discuss with a local supplier the suitability of various timber treatments. You can purchase a variety of treatments from us.
