Fort good quality wood. Accessories supplied of poor quality. Baby swing seats perished in first winter and were told not to be used in extreme weather. If uk really has extreme weather! Would not replace them, in fact customer service person very poor.
Dunster House comment:
Dear Jill, thank you for your review. Since your contact with our customer services, it came to light that a small batch of the babyseats from our manufacturer had a fault. We are sorry for the problem and we will be sending a new babyseat out to you.

Bought the MidiFort Ultimate - Fantastic climbing frame/swing set etc, easy to put together providing you follow the instructions carefully. Took my husband and brother about a day at a very easy pace!. Some additional drilling/screwing required, also the ground must be level. All the kids come round to play on it which is great, our 4 year old loves it and is mastering the monkey bars with a bit of support! It has already had a lot of kids on it at once (5) and was fine, very sturdy - this will last my little boy for years. It looks nice in the garden as the wood matches the surrounding wood we got to enclose the play area. Very happy mum and an even happier little boy! Delivery was perfect, on time, and the driver was very good. Excellent value for money.

Good well designed product.Easy to erect - can done by one person but a second pair of hands useful to lift and support at some stages. Good value when compared to similar product from other manufacturers. Grandkids love it!

Brilliant climbing frame. My daughter is never off it. Easy to assemble, It did take me a couple of days to build on my own but didnt struggle with any of it. Well made and well worth the money. My wife says its the best thing shes ever bought. Would recomend to anyone.

This is a really good product. It goes together easily; just be sure to follow the instructions absolutely to the letter and concentrate! since small details do matter. You need to be fairly experienced with basic carpentry skills as there is a lot of drilling, countersinking and screwing to be done and you need extra tools like a set square, tape measure and decent long spirit level to ensure your platform is built square and level. The roof canvas is the trickiest bit to get right and I confess that I used extra staples and an electronic staple gun to help get this taut. Took two whole days to complete without rushing (though in reality I did it an hour at a time here and there). Managed to crack one or two plastic cups through over tightening of some major bolts but a quick email to DH and more arrived in the post with their compliments - very good service indeed. Have decided not to fit Fireman's pole until boys are older so can't yet comment on this aspect. N.B. You do need the full 4 x 4.9m area (to be frank this is an absolute munimum and 5x6m would be more desirable) as per the DH website - this is a big product once assembled and we had the ground levelled first by a landscaper - our lawn slopes slightly and I can see that this would not have gone up well, even on a slight slope (the website is not very good about stressing the need for at least 4 x 4.9m and a LEVEL site.) Once up, I was impressed with the quality and sturdiness of this product. It's clearly going to last years and years and the boys (aged 3 and 2) love it (even though they can't reach everyting yet.
