Delivery

We deliver our products to mainland UK (England, Wales and some parts of Scotland). There are some exceptions which apply so please refer to our delivery page for further details on delivery and pricing. More information can also be found on specific product pages.

As soon as stock of your purchased item is available for delivery a member of our Dispatch team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date for your order. We will always confirm a delivery day with you in advance, to ensure that someone is there on the day to receive the goods. We do not offer timed deliveries, so ask that an authorised person is present at the address all day.

The turnaround times shown on our website are all approximate, as your delivery will depend on stock levels, driver availability and the weather. Although we will always do our best to meet the delivery timeframes advertised, some things are out of our control.

We do not offer timed deliveries, which is why we ask that somebody is at home and available between 8:00am and 6:00pm on the day of the delivery. This is in case our driver meets unexpected traffic and has to change the route, you've then possibly gone from first on the route to third.

We ask that somebody is at home and available from 8:00am to 6:00pm on the day of delivery to accept the goods. If, for whatever reason, you need to go out, then please make sure that somebody else is at home and able to accept and sign for your delivery. The delivery must be accepted and signed for by an authorised person, we are unable to just leave the goods on your property without someone present.

If there is nobody available to accept your delivery, you will be charged a redelivery fee and be given a new delivery date. For more information on our delivery terms and redelivery fees, please see our full terms and conditions.

All of our products are delivered using our own fleet of vehicles, not sub-contractors. We have a large number of vehicles dedicated to delivering our quality products so we can guarantee maximum care is taken during the delivery process. Our products come flat packed, as shown in our delivery section

With our Delivery Service, goods will be delivered to the first point of contact at the front of your property e.g. on your driveway. This must be within 20m from the delivery vehicle (Safely Parked at Kerbside). Our team will be responsible for assessing the risk of carrying out an assisted delivery upon arrival at the property. If they feel that there is no clear access as stated above.

We will not carry items through a house or any decorated property. The drop point will be the first external location met between the vehicle and the property. There must be suitable road access to the drop location, with no parking restrictions e.g. double red/yellow lines, parking bays,

When you take delivery of your product, it is important that you check each item you receive carefully. Your instructions and components list will be packed inside the product pack.

It is important that you check that all parts delivered are in excellent condition. Any missing or broken parts must be noted on a delivery discrepancy note and returned with the delivery driver on the day. Please check our Returns Policy for more information.

If you plan on using a third party installation service, please ensure that all parts are present and correct before organising an assembly date with them.

No, we do not deliver over the weekends or on public holidays. All of our deliveries take place on Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, unless a public holiday falls on one of these days. Once you have placed an order with us, our Dispatch team will be in contact to arrange and confirm a suitable delivery date with you, so you are ready for arrival of your item.

We do not offer timed deliveries, so ask that somebody is at home and available all day to receive the delivery. On the day of delivery, you can track your order by visiting the customer login area on our website. Just enter in your order number and postcode to receive an update on the approximate location of your delivery driver.

Yes, it is possible to have your order delivered to a different address than your billing address.

You can order over the phone with a member of our Sales Team who will take payment via a bank transfer or cheque sent by post to Dunster House Ltd. Alternatively, you can order online and use your credit or debit card to pay for the transaction providing that you have signed up to 3D Secure which is a system that your bank will run that requires you to enter a separate password with them when making online purchases, such as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. We are not able to ship goods overseas. We deliver to mainland United Kingdom only (some exceptions apply). However, we will deliver to ports and your designated agent, for you to arrange your own onward shipping to your final destination. Additional charges may apply for additional costs for packaging the goods for transit. All of our deliveries are made using our own fleet of delivery vehicles, which are dedicated to serving our customers. Some smaller items may on occasion be delivered by a third party courier or be sent by post.

Whilst me make every effort to advertise the most accurate delivery timeframes that we can, the turnaround times on our website are all approximate. This is because your delivery depends on stock levels, driver availability and, the most uncontrollable of all, the weather. We will do our best to complete your delivery within the turnaround time stated, but please understand that this may not always be possible.

The turnaround times on our website are a guide as to when you are most likely to receive delivery of your order by. Once you have placed an order, our Dispatch team will be in contact to arrange an exact delivery date with you. This ensures that someone will be available there on the day to receive the goods.

On the day of your delivery you can track your order on our website by signing in to our customer login area. Simply type in your order number and postcode and you will get an update on your driver’s approximate location. This means that if you need to pop out on the day of delivery, you can check where your driver is and do what you need to do without worrying about missing your delivery.
