The Otteridge Gazebo really does creates a wonderful feature in your garden and will no doubt be a conversation starter with everyone who lays eyes upon it. The balustrades that surround the Gazebo are a great feature and are an attractive feature of the classy garden retreat

Being under 2.5m in total height also means that under permitted development rights you can place the Otteridge gazebo anywhere in your garden without the worry and cost of getting planning permission, other gazebos that are over 2.5m high will need to be placed over 2m from a boundary or would require planning. 	INTERNAL EAVES - 1840mm (6') (approx) High, the lowest point inside, giving plenty of interior space.
	EXTERNAL RIDGE - 2487mm (8'1")
	WALK THROUGH HEIGHT 1840mm (6’) (from floor)
	WALK THROUGH WIDTH 986mm (3’2”)
	FLOOR BEARERS - 35mm Pressure Treated Floor Bearers that sit underneath the Gazebo to protect its foundations from damage by insects and fungal decay. Without pressure treated bearers moisture would damage the lower aspects of the Gazebo!
	ROOF PURLINS - 140mm x 45mm to help prevent 'sagging'.

Concrete Base:

When placing this Gazebo on a concrete base, it is recommended that you take your Gazebo size and add 100mm all the way round to calculate the size of the base required, for example:

A 2.15m x 1.86m would need a base approximately 2350mm wide x 2060mm deep.
These sizes are the minimum sized base needed for this Gazebo.
