From first enquiries, through ordering, and delivery I can't fault the service. The cabin was delivered well packaged and undamaged. The instructions (and the on-line assembly video) make it very easy to construct. Would (and already have done so) recommend to anyone wanting a great value log cabin.

I think my office is fantastic and enjoy working in it. One particular problem is that the additional windows leak alarmingly when it rains! They are fitted (2) at the end opposite the doors. As they are not covered by the overhang of the roof, as the two sides and front are, the rain runs behind the top trim and tracks across the seal and runs inside. With the heavy rains of the last few days it has been particularly bad and i am definately going to have to make some permanent changes outside and would welcome your advice on this.I can be more specific or send pictures if you want to contact me on the phone plese do so. regards,Patrick.

Hi Patrick, delighted your are happy with your office. All of our windows are fitted with a gasket. A quick adjustment to the hinges, screwing them in to bring the window closer to the frame, will cause better compression on the gasket and should prevent the problem you are describing. An excellent buy! I'm so pleased with my cabin. Delivery was good (but make space for all the wood) The assembly instructions were easy to follow, it took 4 of us 3 days to install. I think you need someone handy on your team though! I bought the 130mm insulated with roof insulation and I've worked in it all winter...with the help of a small heater it stays nice and cosy. It was important to me to have somewhere warm as I run a beauty business from it and clients love it. It makes a fantastic, relaxing spa room!
I've already recommended Dunster House to quite a few people now as I shopped around and this was definately the best deal.

Thankyou so much Dunster cabins. We ordered our Avon 500 for our 18 year old son who has ASD and needed a secure safe place for his DJING and Bagpipe music.IT ARRIVED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE (A FIRST FOR ME)it was checked as it was off loaded so no chance of missing pieces the guys were punctual polite and very hard working.The cabin looks fantastic and has now been stained inside and out, disco lights and heating installed even from outside with volume on full the insulation also acts as soundproofing so even the neighbours have no complaints.The timber is of a very high quality and the roof shingles set the whole thing off.We opted to upgrade on windows and insulation which has worked well.It has changed our sons life completely DONT DELAY BUY ONE TODAY WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYBODY THANKYOU
