I purchased this cabin last year after scouring the Internet looking for a decent quality cabin, there are loads out there with chipboard/engineered sheets for floors etc but Dunster House do not use any of these cheaper components, thats what made up my mind to buy from these guys. When the cabin arrived I was expecting lots of pieces of wood but it still panicked me when it arrived! There were loads of pieces to put together but I need not have worried as me and my Son (16 at the time) managed to put it up in no time. The only problem I had was one piece of wood was a bit warped which eventually went in after a bit of persuasion. Nearly 12 months on and the cabin still looks brand new - I would definately recommend the Antique Pine Stain, it looks fantastic. This is used by the kids mostly, its ideal for when they have friends around...

We bought a Carsare 250 3.5m x 2.5m 45mm in the summer. The quality of materials is impressive and the online videos and instructions very helpful. Because of other work we had to complete the build in a weekend and that was achieved. It looks great and, because of the solid construction, it feels great too. We are very happy with it.

We purchased a Carsare 250 3.5m x 2.5 m 160mm TT and had it errected by on of Dunster House's teams a few months ago. I feel guilty for not having posted a review before now because I am very pleased with the cabin, but waiting has enabled me to also comment on the thermal insulation. It has been very cold in the last few days and with the excellent double glazing and the excellence thermal insulation, combined with my heater on a very low setting, I remain as warm as toast. I use the cabin as an office and a workshop and it makes a very pleasant and spacious working environment at the end of my garden. I was also very impressed with all the staff with whom I dealt, from the lady who explained the product at Bedford to the delivery and erection teams. Everybody was very pleasant, conscientious and courteous. I found the website really useful in planning and reviewing my needs so that by the time I visited the depot in Bedford I was clear about what I wanted. I was also happy with the price and felt it all well worth the money.

Reasonably pleased with the Carsare 250 Log Cabin, it is now up and being used. Found some of the instructions a little confusing and have not used some of the trim as this obstructs water flow from roof and would be prone to rot. better to let the water run directly off from the felt to gutters.
But as other correspondents say a well priced competitive product.

Dear Mr. Richards, There are no peices of trim that are supposed to be fitted in a way that obstructs water flow from the roof. As you say, it would rot. We will review our roofing instructions to ensure no parts suggest using timber in this way.
