We had the Carsare 4.5 x 3.5 cabin and to be honest we are totally amazed at the quality!It was delivered within a few weeks as promised, the driver was very helpful in unloading which did take a bit of time as there are so may bits to it! We were very worried that it would be difficult to put together, we did get some extra help from friends but found it very straight forward, having some extra help made this alot easier and quicker. We upgraded to the double glazed windows and also to the green roof tile effect, both look very good. communication was A1 and we also got the treatment from Dunster and there was more than enough to cover a few times. Would we use Dunster again? YES ABSOLUTELY!

We drove from Portsmouth to Bedford back in July to visit the Dunster House site so that we see the quality of the cabins before we purchased as we had viewed several other suppliers wares. The trip was well worth while as it convinced us that the Dunster House products were superior in almost every way. Delivery was in September and the really helpful driver helped me to unload the cabin parts and stacked all of the components in the order that I needed to take them in order to build the cabin. Building took me two days starting Saturday morning and I only needed help with the top of the walls and the roof. By Sunday evening I had the roof on and and the waterproof membrane. Fixing the shingles did take a while but I probably used more nails than I needed but as we often get gale force winds I thought this was advisable. Building was really easy and everything fitted, nothing was missing or broken. The cabin looks good at the end of the garden and now has power and light and our soft-tub. All in all we are very happy with our purchase and I would recommend Dunster House to anyone considering buying a log cabin.

I purchased this 3.5 x 4.5 cabin in the single skin 45mm version. Taking it very easy, it took several days to erect, tile the roof and varnish, with my wife's help passing me things (We are pensioners!). It was extremely easy with simple intuitive instructions and provided you have prepared the base area properly - we had a concrete one from a previously demolished large garage - then anyone with the simplest DIY ability could cope with it. The result has been a VERY solid and good looking building which should survive for many years. Undoubtedly, the quality of workmanship by the manufacturers using top quality wood resulting in perfectly fitting joints has had much to do with this. I thoroughly recommend this company's wood products. You will not be disappointed. Tip: Take time to make sure your base is sound, square & true and also use the synthetic roof tiles - they look much better than felting and will probably outlast it many times over!

I Purchased a 3.5x4.5mtr cabin.
It took 3 of us just 5hrs to errect, including roof felt.
It slooted together simply and were impressed that the instructions were easy to follow.
