The Murphy 4 – in – 1 Stove with Smoker. Smoking food is fast becoming the most popular cooking method of outdoor entertaining by offering an ‘old-fashioned’ way of slowly producing a tasteful alternative to the ubiquitous BBQ.
Smoking meat, fish and joints using our horizontal Smoker is known as an indirect method of cooking your food. This method of cooking makes for tasty, tender, moist and succulent food. Smoking is done at lower temperatures than grilling and takes longer in cooking - not a problem as you have more time for
socialising whilst waiting expectantly for your food. You only need to balance the heat and check the finished food for your particular taste.
The horizontal ‘Smoker’ oven is simply attached to the flue exhaust of the Murphy Stove to be able to roast and smoke a variety of meals. The grill inside the smoker oven allows you to be able to create
barbequed meals as well to become the ultimate garden dining host.
All our products are designed and manufactured by us to give you a versatile and easy – to – use affordable cooking experience.
