The Murphy 4 – in – 1 Stove with Smoker and Pizza Oven to further increase the outdoor cooking experience.

During the summer months whilst dining in your garden or entertaining with family and friends, the Murphy stove will create a camp fire effect that will keep outdoor seating areas warm and inviting as the sun starts to set. The addition of the Smoker and the Pizza Oven are great ways to inspire and feed imagination whilst cooking a variety of meals that offer an alternative to the domestic BBQ.

The Smoker offers an 'old-fashioned' way of slowly producing a tasteful alternative to the ubiquitous BBQ. Smoking meat, fish and joints using our horizontal Smoker is known as an indirect method of cooking your food. This method of cooking makes for tasty, tender, moist and succulent food. The horizontal ‘Smoker’ oven is simply attached to the flue exhaust of the Murphy Stove to be able to roast and smoke a variety of meals. The grill inside the smoker oven allows you to be able to create barbequed meals as well to become the ultimate garden dining host.

The Pizza Oven will cook two average sized pizzas at once in no time at all to offer your guests a rustic garden treat. The fun doesn’t have to end at pizzas however, the oven is a great way to bake or roast food so you could cook bread, baked potatoes or even roast chicken.  Please note that if you are using the Stainless Steel Cauldron / Bograc then only the lower pizza cooking area can be used, then the Stainless Grill plate, supplied with the Murphy Stove Basic Kit, should be placed on the heater plate at the bottom of the Pizza Oven to allow an air flow in the area. To utilise the double cooking space we recommend using our paella dish to act as the top to seal the Pizza Oven. We recommend using a pizza no greater than 250mm/10inches, to allow the heat flow to percolate throughout the oven. On trials we have successfully cooked fresh pizzas in 8 – 12 minutes at 160 Degrees Celsius. Always use a non-stick Pizza Platter under any pizza that you cook.

All our products are designed and manufactured by us to give you a versatile and easy – to – use affordable cooking experience.
