I am very impressed with our 5.5 x 3.5 Modetro cabin. We went for the fully insulated version and also have gone for the double glazing - both options I would recommend as it makes the space very comfortable both in terms of temperature and also with regard to noise level. The quality is high and it looks just like the pictures. We're currently building a decking around it and it looks great. The guy who delivered it was really friendly and very helpful, I also found dealing with the company on the phone friendly and easy. We have a friend who is very good at DIY, woodwork, etc. and he constructed the building for us. I couldn't have done it myself as it is quite complicated and I'd recommended having the company construct it for you unless you are confident of your abilities! Overall I'm happy to say this has been an excellent purchase and would happily recommend to others.

The log cabin is brilliant. I purchased it to build and run a model railway and it fits the bill perfectly. The cabin (I went for the double thickness, insulated version)is really warm when it is cold outside, yet well ventilated when the windows are open. It is a real solid structure and everybody who has visited has been very impressed. I paid extra to have it assembled by the Dunster House team and this was money well spent. I also paid for the preservative and have given the cabin two coats, and it looks great. I would recommend Dunster House to anybody, in fact I have done so several times already

We're really delighted with the building.
The person who delivered it was a genuinely nice helpful man, who offered excellent advise on construction.
Assembly was very straightforward and the whole thing looks great.

The cabin has proved to be an excellent purchase and has been admired by everyone who has seen it. The finish of the product is better than anything else I've seen in this price range, but you must realise that this is a log cabin you are buying, not a garden building that would be constructed to the same standards as a house, for example.
The two guys who installed it were polite, extremely hard working, and they completed the job in just two days. If you are thinking of building it yourself - think VERY carefully. You are talking about two tons of timber here, in many, many pieces, some of which are large and heavy. The installation team had obviously had a lot of experience and carried a huge tool-kit with them, which they certainly needed. There was a fair bit of "fitting" required. I'm a fairly keen DIYer and I found myself thinking "Phew, I'm glad I didn't try to do this myself." Actually, I felt that the installation fee was quite reasonable for the amount of effort involved. Myself and my partner did paint it ourselves, in Sadolin Supadec, which looks superb, but it was pretty time consuming - about two weeks of spare moments to give it two coats.
In conclusion, I am delighted with the cabin and am fitting it out as an artist's studio. I opted for an insulated floor and roof and it will be interesting to see how it feels in winter, but at present it is very comfortable. Thanks to all at Dunster House!
