Looks good when build but the plans where not that easy to follow and I do think for the price that the roof shingles should have been included, really needs people who have skills in building to put this up, would not recommend that a diy person would be able to complet it.
Dunster House comment:
Hi Marian, Thanks for the review. We constantly price match to ensure our product are the best value on the market place. Roof shingles are a separate cost to allow customers to choose the type of roof covering they want and to ensure our price is the very best possible. If we were to include shingles in the price of this cabin, the cost would go up by £300 and we would appear a lot more expensive than our competitors, even if in reality the price of the Dunster House cabin was lower! The cabin was delivered on time and the driver was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. Two of us(experienced carpenters) put it up in two and a half days on a pre-prepared concrete base.My wife painted it.The doors and windows all fit perfectly. The hinges on the doors needed some adjustment but this was done without the need for tools. We are very pleased with the end result.

It does everything it says on the packet ! We ordered the highest spec' with the highest insulation. It is very sturdy and was installed by Dunster House installers with great care. On cold days in March it has been warm and snug, heated solely by our desk top computer. Early signs suggest that it will stay cool in the Summer and will be easy to heat in the Winter.

This is a great cabin currently used as a dog house! Very sturdy, quick to assemble and warm. Looks lovely. Would be better if the door frame was fixed though and the shingles take ages to put on because of the shaping on the roof due to the cut off corner. One of two cabins we have purchased from Dunster.
