Units are fitted with 24mm Toughened Glass Double Glazing (4mm unit, 16mm space, 4mm unit), which is thicker than any other level of glazing available on the log cabin market and so more thermal efficient (included on 45mm and above log cabins). Deluxe™ Windows are provided with a Multi-Point locking system, with mushroom headed espagnolette locks. (Please Note: Windows and Doors require on site glazing)
	STORAGE WALL (Optional Extra) with the addition of a storage wall you can create a separate storage area within your log cabin. The storage wall is a complete wall and can only be installed in the direction of the log cabins apex. For easy access you can choose to install the door in the wall, or in the external wall of the cabin (Please specify in the NOTES section of your order)
	GASKETS - All windows and doors are fitted with Gaskets for improved weatherproofing.
	DOUBLE GLAZING- (on 45mm or DualTherm/TripleTherm wall versions) 24mm sealed units, for improved heat and sound insulation in your Log Cabin. Made to EN1279 to help protect against condensation buildup.
	FLOOR BEARERS 70mm tall Pressure Treated floor bearers – Dunster House provide extra tall floor bearers that sit underneath the log cabins to protect its foundations from damage by insects and fungal decay. Without pressure treated bearers moisture would damage the lower aspects of the cabins!
	ROOF BEAMS Heavy duty 140mm x 45mm to help prevent 'sagging'.
	STORM PROTECTION BRACES provided to secure the top wall section to the lower sections of the wall.
	ROOFING MATERIAL (Optional Extra) Please choose from Bitumen Shingles or Roofing Felt from the Optional Extras below.

Budget RapidPads:
Our Budget range is cost effective and is light and easy to put into place. This system includes sufficient Heavy Duty Plastic Grids to fit under the base of your Garden building and weed control membrane. Our grids have 2mm thick walls and strong support structures at the bottom of the grids to help spread the weight of the building; they also click together for ease of placement and to help rigidity. Premier RapidPads:
Our Premier range is also fully adjustable making them quick and easy to level and great value for money! Featuring the same Galvanised adjustable Metal Pads as the Deluxe range, the Premier RapidPad range simply substitutes Noggins instead of the Structurally Insulated Panels to add strength to the floor. Deluxe RapidPads:
Our Deluxe range is a fully adjustable foundation system ideal for our range of Log Cabins and Lienne Office Buildings (when it is referred to as Deluxlite). Utilising Galvanized Metal Pads with stone filled grids to stabilize them the Deluxe RapidPads™ offer many benefits over the normal conventional concrete base that can take up to 3 days to set and is much more difficult to level. With our system you’re not just buying the pads, you’re getting a product specific system that includes a 70mm thick insulated floor in the process, which will save time when installing and money when heating. Concrete Base:

When placing this garden office on a concrete base, it is recommended that you take your garden office size and add 100mm all the way round to calculate the size of the base required, for example:

A 4m x 3m would need a base approximately 4200mm wide x 3200mm deep.
For a 4m x 3m plus 1.5m decking the base would need to be approximately 4200mm wide x 4700mm deep.
For a 9m x 3m the base would need to be approximately 9200mm wide x 3200mm deep.
These sizes are the minimum sized base needed for these particular cabins/offices.

I have recently purchased a Rhino 28mm 4mt x 4mt cabin. It was delivered as promised and the delivery driver Peter was excellent nothing was too much trouble for him. His hints and tips made putting the cabin up a breeze. It was up to roof by the first day and completed in another day and a half mainly due to the time taken to put on the shingles. It is of good quality and looks great. I has an issue with the door handles and after speaking to customer services a newe handle was with me in 2 days. Overall very pleased and would recommend this cabin to others.

Great product, the installation team were fantastic erecting the house in very adverse conditions. Would recommend getting the buttering system with it. The porch is fab. We are very pleased with it.

I am a member of Farnham Archers we brought the cabin to use as our clubhouse . It was very easy to erect and the wood was very good quality , there was a group of us and because you sent us the floor plan in advance we had it up to roof level in about 90 minutes and was finished by the end of the day.

We have two of these and we use them as outdoor classrooms in the Forest School part of our Children's Day Nurseries. They are easy to assemble, very rigid and can take all kind of knocks in use and are ideal for the job. The children and parents love them.

Have had and used this cabin for a good few months over the Winter and have been very pleased. It is used on a daily basis and with the TriThermal walls and ungraded windows this is just as nice as the house. I have a 1KW night store for heating and opted for the thermal roof. The delivery was smooth and communication good. Instructions where easy to follow to construct - just take the time to familiarise yourself with the parts and the process before starting. Built over a few days and managed by meyself also. Watch the guide videos too for tips. I would have no reservation to recommend this and other Dunster House products and will be back one day for another cabin.
