Log Cabin will provide you with a space of own, and with its
secure locking doors and windows you can keep it that way, a space just for you and your favourite past time.
Please Note: Door can be placed on either left or right side of cabin. Positioning doors on the left requires a simple re-notch of the eave beam. Also in whichever configuration the cabin is assembled a notch "blanking" will be required, (Not supplied).

This Cabin Is Between 15m² and 30m² Internal Floor Area
Limited requirement to meet Building Regulations – Unlikely to need Full Building Regulations
In order to meet Building Regulations for Buildings between 15 – 30 square metres in internal floor area you need to protect the building from fire.
In order to meet this requirement we offer a Grade 0 rated fire Retardant which you may need to buy if you’re looking to place a Cabin within up to 1m of any boundary. If you’re placing the building over 1m away from any Boundary then you won’t need this.

Alternatively, you can choose a different cabin with Up to 15m2 Internal Floor Area and only the following rules will apply:
It is very unlikely that you’ll need any Building Regulations at all.
There is no requirement to meet Building Regulations regardless as to what you’re using the building for, except for Sleeping Accommodation.
