This was bought for my daughter aged three and a half. Being so much cheaper than the other frames I had looked at, I half expected the quality to be lower when it arrived but it is quite the opposite. This is better quality than frames I have seen for twice this price. It took a good day for myself and my Dad to put this up, you do need to be confident in your DIY to do it, but they are honest about that. The delivery driver was great and checked every package in so we knew we had everything. Being a complex kit, I would have liked a few spare screws and bolts etc, we didn't lose any but would have been pretty stuck if we had. The ground anchors they supply are great, it you fit them properly, the whole thing feels like it is on concrete foundations. I actually thought my daughter was going to explode when she saw it!! so it's worth all the effort. I could quite happily give them a sixth star for this, superb product, well made and well priced. I'd like to say I'd buy again but I've run out of garden now!

At last we finished it on Sunday -everyone very impressed. Sits well on the patio. One tip -be aware when hammering in the roof pegs that you've got 2 long screws to avoid. We hit one and had to bend it over but no problem.We're considering hanging the spare thatch pieces to the roof horizontals - could look good but awaiting go ahead from the boss.Having difficulty getting the two pics I want to send to you so may have to send them separately. Bought the squirrel fort for our grandsons 3rd birthday he loves it. It was fairly easy to put together with 2 people n looks great in the garden. All our friends kids now ask to come to our house rather than go to the park they love it

Garage arrived on time and we unloaded it on to the base, the driver and his mate were very helpful and placed all parts as required. They also offered some advice and tips. My son and i began sorting through and started building, by the end of day one we had the sides up and roof beams in place all secure, The instructions are not the best i have seen and you need to study them in detail to avoid mistakes, i also watched various clips on youtube and studied the pictures on Dunster house web site. A few mistakes were made but easily rectified, The roof was a long job and it took me 3 days to complete, this was largely due to my knees getting sore and i was on my own and had to keep going up and down the ladder. The shingles are quite heavy and you need to really plan how you start as this determines how you finish. Overall i really enjoyed assembling my garage and would do it again.

From start to finish this has been an excellent purchase. The customer service leading up delivery has been first class , each person we have spoken to has been very polite and knowledgable. We received all information regarding T&Cs, cost, essembly etc via email and post which was greatly appreciated. The delivery it's self was super quick, and we were kept well informed when it would arrive. Given clear per-delivery instructions regarding the base required. Lastly the product had very clear instructions and went up like a dream. I chose to erect it myself so took two days but that was because I was being super careful. However it could easily be done in a day with two men. The results are amazing, it's fantastic quality wood as are all windows, hinges , locks and glass . It will last for years and is looks great in our garden. Thank you to all involved in producing, delivering and dealing with this product. Most definitely highly recommended.

We lived local to Warminster so were able to see he cabins erected and treated which made our decision easy and placed an order with the Warminster branch where all the staff were helpful. Cabin was delivered as agreed and the driver turned up with what can only be described as one hell of a big pile of timber all different sizes. The driver was brilliant he gave some good advise and pointed out the different timbers that were key to a speedy build, he left at midday and by 5 pm the building was up and the roof timbers on. The following day I fitted the shingles to he roof, put he floor in and completed the cabin (3.5m x 2.5m) and I can truly say I found it easy to build and again as per the videos which. Would recommend you watch if you are going to build yourself I was left with spare planks etc. Third day I treated the cabin with he paint supplied and can say it is very good stuff ! Very good service. Took around 5 hours to construct but extremely sturdy, quality product. Some other reviews complain about instructions being difficult to follow, I would argue that on a product such as this, it would be difficult for them to be any other way. As long as you've got a tape measure, hammer, spanner, drill and screwdriver, you will succeed, Would highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. Kids are playing on it around the clock.

Delivered early in the morning which was a great help as it took almost 2 hours to carry all the pieces down into the back garden. We took note of other reviews and sorted out the parts as we went - just wish we'd been more careful to lay out the roof timbers in order as this would have saved time later on. The structure went together easily in the main - some warped and bashed timbers though and footprints - not ours - on the roof timbers which have spoilt the look inside and reduced our review to 4 stars. The roof pulins were complicated and we found it easier to fit together in situ rather than to pre-assemble. And we couldn't work out how to get the roof timbers to meet along the ridge either, but perhaps this was just us. Including treating with wood preserver and painting, the cabin took 5 days for two people to put together. It now looks great and was well worth the money.

A great climbing frame, very well made and was assembled with ease. It took around 7 hours and 2 men to assemble which didnt seem too bad given all the parts. All in all a very happy 5 year old son. Many thanks :-)

Very impressed with the quality of the kit and the ease with which it went together. Everything just slotted into place and fitted together perfectly. Considering its essentially held together by its own weight its very sturdy, but then its also very heavy. Some of the timbers would not look out of place holding up a 2 storey house! I was expecting it to be delivered on a few palettes that would be unloaded by hoist. I was surprised to find the driver and I had to unload the truck piece by piece, and there are hundreds of them! As it turns out thats not a bad idea, because you get to see all the pieces so its a lot easier to know what your looking for when you come to assemble it.

This cabin is absolutely amazing!! It is so well built and fabulous quality. Just a small watch out - there are lots of off cuts included in the pack, so don't do what we did and spend ages trying to work out where they go in the construction. You don't need them :) I cannot speak highly enough of the product or the prompt service of Dunster House.
