  • This Solar Air Heating System is provided as a supplementary source and not as a primary source of heat into a building and will function for many years requiring little or no maintenance.
  • The lack of Solar Radiation due to any obstructions [Trees or Neighbours’ houses] will affect the efficiency activating the PV Panel and the ability of the Heat Absorbing Surface in the unit.
  • In keeping with any Solar Powered system, our systems function best in an unobstructed position facing south.
  • Our Solar Air Heaters are not connected to the grid. We use a balanced power source from a PV Panel to generate electricity at low voltage to a fan that transfers any warmed air into a building. The greater the Solar Radiation, the greater the benefit.
  • Each Solar Air Heater is designed to be mounted vertically on a wall, and
  • We also have a Cabin Roof mounted model that functions in the same way as the wall mounted units.
  • Our system does not recycle existing stale air; it always introduces fresh air from outside of a building.
  • All our Solar Air Heaters are for self-fitting except when we install a log cabin.

  • Solar Air Heaters do not function at night or store heat. They warm external air and bring positive air pressure in to a building to:

    • a) Reduce heating cost from other sources, primary and otherwise.
    b) Provide positive air pressure into a property, absorb moisture and force that damp air out of the building.
