Everything went as I was told it would. Lots of communication as to delivery and it all went smoothly. You do have to help the driver unload, but if youre in reasonable shape its not an issue. If youre not in top form then you'll need to get an extra pair of hands there to help. The delivery guy is on his own and you just cant lift panels that big on your own. They're not heavy - just big. From placing the order we were kept informed regarding delivery and delivered when I wanted it delivering. You do however need plenty of hands to help with the unloading as there is a lot of wood in a double skinned cabin. The driver was very helpful not just with unloading but with hints and tips regarding the erection of the cabin. From the base to the roof and finally the shingles the instructions were easy to follow. we purchased a carsare log cabin after doing extensive research into the various options available at both retail outlets and on the web,the carsare was the best available for the best price so we went for it and we are delighted with the result! we now have a beautiful summerhouse that feels really well built and of good quality,we erected it ourselves which took 4 days as there are lots and i mean lots of pieces!however the instructions are comprehensive and all the things you need are supplied with the cabin,we would recommend this product.

A very cleverly designed cabin. I am a competant diy-er, and started building the cabin at 8am Saturday morning with my brother.At 3pm we put the final piece on the roof, it was a dream to build.The quality of timber is superb, and i thought it a great idea to supply a few extra panels in case of damages.

Fantastic Log Cabin. We errected the cabin last October ourselves, which was an easy process. The cabin survived a harsh winter with lots of snow and did not leak. It still looks like new. I would highly recomend this log cabin.

Excellent product with great attention to detail in the finishing. Very please with the seven sunlight, we added an additional window to the side as it going to be used as an art studio and wanted as much natural light as possible. Looks very good in the garden just need to add some decking now.

Excellent product and service. I bought the Lantera 250, and went for the 160mm wall thickness with the RapidPad foundations, roof insulation, etc. Getting the RapidPad foundations square and level took quite a long time - most of a day (the area was already cleared, but not very level). However, having done that, the outer wall went up very quickly. If you're just buying the single thickness wall, you could probably get it up in 2-3 days (depending on how what roof covering you use, etc). My main problem was that I wanted to have electrics...

My cabin is fantastic. I use it as a Personal Training Studio and it has proved very robust over the winter by staying wind proof and watertight, despite some pretty atrocious weather. That has meant that my clients and I have been able to train in the warmth and dry. The extras were also well worth getting. Uprated doors and windows are sturdy and help keep the worst weather out and the solar heater is very efficient and produces a great deal of heat when the sun shines. Very good product - basic structure is robust and quite easy to assemble, with clear instructions. Ours has been up for a year now with no problems. I bought some extras - roof insulation and roof shingles. The instructions for these were not as clear as for the main building, but very good once installed.
