Important Notices:

  • Orders to alternative delivery addresses will only be accepted if the payment passes either “Verified by Visa” or “MasterCard SecureCode”.
  • Orders for Log Cabins or Garden Buildings being delivered to the cardholders address can pay a deposit now and then the remaining balance just before delivery or installation.
  • You can also choose to pay by Cheque or Bank Transfer.

  • All our drivers and installers are direct employees to ensure the highest standard of their work
  • We deliver kerbside
  • Due to Health and Safety reason, we do not come on to the customers property (except for installations)
  • Timber is offloaded in individual parts
  • We require an able bodied person on site to assist the driver offload (except for installations)

  • If you cannot provide an able bodied person, we can provide additional manpower at the extra cost of £120 inc VAT per delivery. Please contact us to make arrangements (Mainland England and Wales Only)
  • We will contact you to arrange a delivery date so that you have proper notice of our intention to deliver
  • We will deliver between 8.30am and 6.00pm on the agreed delivery date
  • We operate a multidrop system over a large area of the UK which may mean the driver needs to rearrange his route dependent upon traffic and convenience. As such, we do not give timed deliveries
  • Open all of the delivered packs to locate your instructions
  • Please give adequate time for reading instructions and checking all parts before beginning your project
  • Do not arrange for third parties to begin construction until all parts are checked and they have had time to familiarise themselves with the instructions and the materials supplied
