Do you include Delivery in the Price?

YES WE ALWAYS DO! Other Companies only include delivery if you also ask them to do the installation as well. From our research of the market we’re fairly sure we are the ONLY Company that includes delivery if you are looking to install the Gazebo yourself, every other Company seems to charge for delivery – you find out after you’ve added the item into the basket and gone to the checkout – or with some companies you find out AFTER you’ve ordered the product, they ring you back and tell you! (Look out for TBC in the checkout against carriage on our competitors web-sites) This seems BONKERS to us so we just include it as standard so that you know where you stand.

We will deliver to anywhere in Mainland England and Wales included in the prices that you see. Our only stipulation is that you order over £800 worth of goods – but if you’re buying a Thatched Gazebo then you will certainly be doing this. Also we ONLY use our own fleet of delivery vehicles – not couriers – we know how to handle our products without damaging them, it’s not going to get lost in transit, and we’ll deliver on the day agreed! (barring unforeseen circumstances such as driver illness or vehicle failure – but our fleet are all under 4 years old so vehicle failure is very unlikely)
