SALES ADVISORS (Office Position) No Cold Calling

We are looking for a dynamic self motivated people who enjoy talking with people, love the buzz from achieving sales and hitting targets.
The ideal candidate MUST be experienced in Retail Sales, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have grade B or equivalent in English and Maths.
This is an office position and some of the duties will include: Dealing with incoming telephone sales enquiries, calling up customers following their enquiry, showing customers around our display area and assisting at exhibitions.
You will have demonstrable qualities and experiences to assist our customers in selecting the right product for their needs. (All our customers contact us from our extensive advertising, we NEVER cold call).
This position is Salaried and not commission based and if you are driven, focused and passionate about Sales, Dunster House Ltd can offer great opportunities for career progression for the right candidates.
This position is based at Bedford; normal hours of work are 5 out of 7 days, a maximum of 42.5 hours per week on a shift basis between the hours 8.30am – 20.00pm Mon – Fri and Saturday 9.00am - 17.00pm and Sunday 10.00am – 17.00pm.

ADMINISTRATION CLERK
Hours 8.30 – 18.00 Mon – Fri Dunster House Ltd is an established part of a rapidly expanding family business with factories in Bedford, Flixborough, Warminster and overseas.

We are seeking an administration clerk to work in our Caravan Division and some of your tasks will include:
- Filing and keeping a diary
- Booking in Stock and checking stock on the system and via a manual record
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
- Chasing orders
- Placing orders
- Updating information onto the computer and creating BOM for the caravans
- Writing of Letters and meeting minutes
- Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
- Clock cards and keeping up-to-date time sheets and overtime paperwork
The skills and attributes required for this position are:
- Computer Skills with knowledge of excel and word
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Flexible, outgoing and confident attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work loads
- Driving licence and transport to Flixborough
- Immediate start and interview

We are looking for installers to help assemble garden log buildings. You will be working from our Flixborough Branch and will install in the North of England.
Carpentry skills are required for this position and you must hold a valid driving licence, the ability to drive a 7.5 ton vehicle and to have a digital tachograph would be an advantage but is not essential.
