    Pressure treated shed toughened glass
    Pressure treated sheds styrene

    4mm toughened glass

We use 4mm thick toughened glass, not Perspex or Styrene which can scratch easily and cloud up over time. This is also thicker and less likely to break when hit with the neighbour’s pesky football compared to the industry standard of 3mm horticultural glass.

    Avoid planning permission

This building is under 2.5m high.
Why does this matter? Well, under permitted development rights buildings under 2.5m high can be placed as close as you want to a boundary (eg. a fence line) without planning permission. Buildings that are over 2.5m high, however, need to be placed over 2m away from any boundary (eg. a fence line), which means that with taller buildings you end up with a lot of space behind them. If you want to find out more about permitted development rights see our planning guide

    No Glued together Offcuts

We only use full lengths of timber in our garden buildings - we don't glue separate offcut pieces together with finger joints. Not only are they stronger, but they look much better too.

    High Internal Eaves

The internal eaves are typically higher than other comparable products on the market, reaching 5 feet 11 inches, and the roof boards are higher still. There's plenty of room inside for people to walk around without bumping their heads and plenty of spce for storage also.

Birgi Pressure Treated Shed W2.44m x D1.84m

The image above shows a brief reference to how your products will arrive. All of our garden buildings are made from kiln dried quality graded timber, if it is to be stored prior to construction and treatment all parts must be covered to prevent moisture from warping and rotting the timber.

Average Seller Rating:

I looked around for some time to find a quality shiplap shed of this size with floorboards and roof planking rather than OSB or chipboard. This shed is more expensive than others at first glance but once delivered the difference in quality becomes apparent, bearers are cut millimetre accurate and panels are of good straight, low knot planking and an exact fit on the bearer base, with good additional reinforcement once assembled. Compared to cheaper sheds this looks far better and should last many years longer. it is easy to achieve a good square shed with basic DIY skills and I installed this one on a wheeled base of decking timber, to allow it to be moved from one side of the garden to the other, as we intend to do some landscaping in the near future but needed a shed for storage pronto. Delivery was also quick and efficient using the vehicle tracking facility. Thanks for good service and quality.

GOOD QUALITY AND OVERALL VERY HAPPY. HOWEVER, THIS SHED COMES IN FAR TOO MANY PIECES FOR A SIMPLE BUILDING. MOST SHEDS CONTAIN A FLOOR, 4 WALLS AND TWO ROOF SECTIONS, THIS SHED IS BROKEN DOWN FURTHER AND I THINK THIS IS UNNECESSARY AND OVER-COMPLICATES CONSTRUCTION. ALL THAT SAID, THIS IS OUR SECOND BUILDING AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND AND BUY AGAIN!

Thank you Steve, glad you enjoyed it, at least once constructed!

We are very pleased with both the summer house and the garden shed that we purchased from you. The ordering process and delivery were hassle free and both buildings were very easy to erect. They are both excellent quality and good value for money.
