We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager who can exhibit strong leadership qualities and ownership for the responsibility of running the Branch and the employee’s day to day activities, demonstrating experience in the Management of 15 or more staff, and administration and an awareness of Health and Safety.
The successful applicant will have the ability to oversee various disciplines such as Sales, Despatch, Stores, Installation and Delivery ensuring they run efficiently and smoothly on a day to day basis.
You will need to be a flexible, proactive, positive, assertive person and be good at forward planning along with the ability to multi task but to always be able to remain logical and calm.
