As a growing International Company currently employing approx. 350 people in the UK, Dunster House Ltd is an established international family run Company that Manufactures and Retails a large variety of Timber Lifestyle Products that are sold throughout the UK from our various sites in Bedford, Flixbrough, Warminster and Faversham, Liverpool and Basingstoke.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person who has proven experience of working within a customer service office environment, with good written English as the majority of contact with customer is via email.
You should be proactive, have a strong attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of a task to see it through to conclusion.
The job involves a lot of investigation and you will gain experience of all aspects of the business as you investigate and resolve customer queries.
As part of a tight-knit team you will be responsible for all after-delivery queries, providing technical advice, resolving issues and responding to complaints where needed.

This is a permanent position within an expanding company and candidates eager for long term career opportunities are most welcome. Normal hours of work are Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.30 and Saturday on a rota.
