Dunster House Ltd is an established rapidly expanding family run business currently employing approximately 300 people in the UK. We are market leaders specialising in Timber Life Style products such as; Log cabins, Garden Offices , Climbing Frames, summer houses and much much more, which are sold throughout the UK from our branches in Bedford, Flixborough, Warminster, Kent, Basingstoke and Liverpool. Our products are unique to us. You’ll never be undercut by someone selling a better product for less as it simply doesn’t exist.
The successful applicant will need to be organised, accurate and have a good eye for detail as well as proven Man Management and Sales environment experience. They must be passionate for results and be capable of leading, managing and motivating their own team of Customer Sales Advisors to reach or exceed their sales targets. Proven experience of working within a targeted Sales environment is essential.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and administration skills, and be proactive, positive and assertive at all times.
All our leads are warm leads - there is no cold calling.
The normal hours of work for this role are 8 hours per day with 5 out of 7 days on a shift basis. You would be working between the hours of 8.30am – 8.00pm Mon – Fri; Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm and Sunday 10.00am – 5.00pm.
