As a growing International Company currently employing approx. 335 people in the UK, Dunster House Ltd is an established international family run Company that Manufactures and Retails a large variety of Timber Lifestyle Products which are sold throughout the UK from our various sites in Bedford, Scunthorpe, Warminster, Faversham, Liverpool and Basingstoke.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person who has proven experience of working within a customer service office environment with good computer skills.
Some of the duties involved in this role will be:
Analytical skills are essential along with excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
Applicants should also possess excellent planning and organisational skills, together with a good level of literacy in order to respond to customers in a professional manner by email and be able to demonstrate resilience. The vast majority of the work you will complete will be by email. It is also important that the candidate is able to absorb and learn information quickly and, most importantly be eager to progress for long term career opportunities within an expanding Company. Some previous knowledge of UPVC windows and doors would be an advantage although full training is available. Normal hours of work are Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.30.
