We operate throughout the UK from our various sites in Bedford, Flixborough, Warminster, Faversham, Liverpool and Basingstoke.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person who has proven experience of working within a customer service office environment with good written English and a desire to solve problems to work at our Bedford Headquarters.
You should be proactive, have a strong attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of a task to see it through to conclusion.
The job involves a lot of investigation and you will gain experience of all aspects of the business as you investigate and resolve customer queries.
As part of a tight-knit team you will be responsible for all after-delivery queries, providing technical advice, resolving issues and responding to complaints where needed.

This is a permanent position within an expanding company and candidates eager for long term career opportunities are most welcome. Normal hours of work are Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.30 and Saturday on a rota.
