We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Trainee to join the team in our Marketing Department.
Established in 1994, Dunster House Ltd is a vibrant growing family run, international business currently employing over 450 people across our 11 UK sites.
With over 30 years’ experience of designing, manufacturing and retailing garden lifestyle products we are proud to be garden building specialists and distribute our products on our own fleet of vehicles to our customers.
You will demonstrate that you have the ability to be assertive and pro-active and, ideally, you will have achieved a 2:1 Business or Marketing Degree together with demonstrably strong Administration skills and excellent Time Management, Planning and Organisational experience. You will be someone who has very strong analytical skills.
You will be involved in regular training sessions and meetings designed to help you develop your management skills. You will be trained upon various techniques and skills to help you succeed. As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be empowered to make decisions which will heavily influence your career path and be responsible for grasping all opportunities that may arise.
