As soon as stock of your purchased item is available for delivery a member of our Dispatch team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date for your order. We will always confirm a delivery day with you in advance, to ensure that someone is there on the day to receive the goods. We do not offer timed deliveries, so ask that an authorised person is present at the address all day.
The turnaround times shown on our website are all approximate, as your delivery will depend on stock levels, driver availability and the weather. Although we will always do our best to meet the delivery timeframes advertised, some things are out of our control.

We do not offer timed deliveries, which is why we ask that somebody is at home and available between 8:30am and 7:00pm on the day of the delivery. This is in case our driver meets unexpected traffic and has to change the route, you've then possibly gone from first on the route to third.
On the day of your delivery you can track your order on our website by visiting the customer login area. Simply type in your order number and postcode and you will get an update on your driver’s location. This means that if you need to pop out on the day of delivery, you can check where your driver is and do what you need to do without worrying about missing your delivery.
We ask that somebody is at home and available from 8:30am to 7:00pm on the day of delivery to accept the goods. If, for whatever reason, you need to go out, then please make sure that somebody else is at home and able to accept and sign for your delivery. The delivery must be accepted and signed for by an authorised person, we are unable to just leave the goods on your property without someone present.

All of our products are delivered using our own fleet of vehicles, not sub-contractors. We have a large number of vehicles dedicated to delivering our quality products so we can guarantee maximum care is taken during the delivery process. With our Assisted Delivery Service, goods will be delivered to the first point of contact at the front of your property e.g. on your driveway. This must be within 20m from the delivery vehicle (Safely Parked at Kerbside). Our team will be responsible for assessing the risk of carrying out an assisted delivery upon arrival at the property. If they feel that there is no clear access as stated above, they will have to leave the items at the kerbside.
We will not carry items through a house or any decorated property. The drop point will be the first external location met between the vehicle and the property. There must be suitable road access to the drop location, with no park
Yes, it is possible for customers to collect their order from one of our depots/branches. However, this must be arranged in advance during the sales process. We have a number of distribution centres located across the UK, so you are able pick up your purchase from the most convenient or nearest site to you. Further information about appropriate collection vehicles and collections in general can be found here.
A collection date and time will be arranged with you in advance, allowing us appropriate time to prepare your order ready for your arrival, and ensure that stock is available at your requested location. Payment must be made in clear funds before you collect the goods. Please be sure to arrive with a suitable vehicle that is large enough to transport your order safely.
Yes, when you take delivery of your product, it is important that you check each item you receive carefully. Your instructions and components list will be packed inside the product pack.
It is important that you check that all parts delivered are in excellent condition. Any missing or broken parts must be noted on a delivery discrepancy note and returned with the delivery driver on the day. Please check our Returns Policy for more information.
If you plan on using a third party installation service, please ensure that all parts are present and correct before organising an assembly date with them.

No, we do not deliver over the weekends or on public holidays. All of our deliveries take place on Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, unless a public holiday falls on one of these days. Once you have placed an order with us, our Dispatch team will be in contact to arrange and confirm a suitable delivery date with you, so you are ready for arrival of your item.

Yes, it is possible to have your order delivered to a different address than your billing address.
You can order over the phone with a member of our Sales Team who will take payment via a bank transfer or cheque sent by post to Dunster House Ltd. Alternatively, you can order online and use your credit or debit card to pay for the transaction providing that you have signed up to 3D Secure which is a system that your bank will run that requires you to enter a separate password with them when making online purchases, such as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. We are not able to ship goods overseas. We deliver to mainland United Kingdom only (some exceptions apply). However, we will deliver to ports and your designated agent, for you to arrange your own onward shipping to your final destination. Additional charges may apply for additional costs for packaging the goods for transit.
