We deliver our garden buildings to mainland United Kingdom (England, Wales and Scotland). Some exceptions apply; these are illustrated on the map below.

Scottish areas may be subjected to slightly longer delivery turnarounds, please contact us for details. FREE delivery on selected products over £199 to mainland England and Wales.
*Excludes rabbit products which are subject to a delivery charge.

Assisted Delivery

If you cannot provide an able bodied person to offload the vehicle with the help of our driver, we can provide additional manpower with our Assisted Delivery Service. The driver will arrive with some help to unload the lorry, meaning that you can put your feet up.

We offer this service on all items that are delivered, we do not offer this on our couriered products. Prices for this service can be found on individual products.

Well what can I say about this company shocking I called tye sales girl placed my order she didn't know a lot really then told me to wait for a call the driver will call me to arrange delivery wow 4 days past and no call so I called them and was then told they were awaiting a call from me shocking what a thick idiot can't even confirm the correct sales pitch need to go back to training and stop painting your nails love so arranged delivery and was told the driver has 4 drops but they don't know which route he will take and who is first wow this is well planned out then ? So checking me order and the van on route he seemed to do things arse about face clearly didn't know what he is doing and where he is going well this review is going all ove facebook the more sale I lose for these guys the better and going all over my trade page picked the wrong person to mess about dunster

1. Delivery Very friendly and efficient delivery guys who put the panels exactly where I wanted them. The tracking service was especially helpful. 2. Quality Picket fence panels: Very well made and I especially liked that the palings were affixed the rails by screws rather than nails. As the fence needed to go up a slight slop this meant I could align the rails to the gradient and by undoing the bottom screw of each paling I could then swing them back to vertical and get a perfectly aligned sloping fence without stepping the panels. 2. Posts: These were of very high quality with radius edges.Buyers who are thinking of using Met posts with these should know that they are 70cm and the Met posts you get from B&Q etc are for 75mm posts so they're a bit too big. I used Postcrete which is a better method anyway, especially in a garden with Chalk beneath,as mine is. Dunster products are by no means the cheapest but I'm of the age where "buy cheap buy twice" is my maxim, and the quality of these materials assures me that I'll never have to replace this fence in my lifetime!

Bought the fence panels some time ago, painted them, put them into storage and have just had them installed. I had previously purchased an Atlas gazebo from Dunster House and must say the fence panels did not dissapoint. As with the gazebo, the panels are really good quality. Not the cheapest but you do get what you pay for. Would purchase from Dunster House again.

This fencing is exactly what we were looking for and was very easy to attach to the posts once they were in situ. They are very sturdily made and can be adapted to go down sloping drives by removing 2 screws at each end, getting the angle needed and replacing the end screws in the new position. We are very pleased with the fencing and think it looks great. It is a pity that you don't make a similar fence painted white as white picket fencing is very popular. I am attaching a photograph of the completed fence.

Excellent service, very pleased with the fence. I have painted it white using 3 coats of Ronseal special undercoat and Ronseal special gloss guaranteed to last 10 years. Have to find out how add photos!

Although we had to wait longer than we were told by the company, it was worth it. The 6ft panels were excellent, some panels are really rough wood but these were really smooth, and heavy, in fact it would be a sin to paint them, we have had such a lot of good comments about them, they look lovely.

This fencing was just what the doctor ordered, after promising for many years to fence of the small front garden and thinking about making a fence my self, I finally came across the Dunster House web site. Although this fencing is light weight it is well made and surprisingly robust, it is also well treated so it should stand the UK weather OK. After taking a while to work out the best way for me to erect the fencing it is now in place and I am very pleased with the result.

Overall I am pleased with the Taurus panels. My only suggestion is that you fix some the boards around the edges to keep the panel more ridged. As I had to cut one panel in the width some of the of the boards came out of the groove. Will be buying again PS Deliver drives very good REGARDS Dave B
