We have an exciting opportunity for a recent or soon to be graduate as a Graduate Management Trainee.
You’ll get the support to become the future leader you have the potential to be, like many of our current management team who have also been through this scheme.
This position will be based within our Accounts Department, assisting with Payroll, Profit/Loss reports, Invoices, Orders and Transactions, Purchase Orders, Bank Reconciliations, and more.
You will also attend regular training sessions and meetings designed to give you an overview of each department and roles, as well as develop your management skills.
You will need to have achieved or be set to achieve a 2.1 Bachelor’s degree, as well as being able to demonstrate a can do and hands on attitude. Furthermore, you will need to be able to display strong management skills such as assertiveness and good use of initiative, as well as administration skills and time management in order to succeed.
