This job is based out of our Gosberton, Nr Lincolnshire site.
We have an exciting opportunity for a recent or soon to be graduate as a Graduate Management Trainee, this role will give you the opportunity to learn about and be involved in Product manufacturing.
You’ll get the support to become the future leader you have the potential to be, like many of our current management team who have also been through this scheme.
You will attend regular training sessions and meetings designed to give you an overview of each department and role, as well as develop your management skills. You will be trained upon techniques and skills.
You will need to have achieved or be set to achieve a 2.1 Technical degree, as well as being able to demonstrate a can do and hands on attitude. Furthermore, you will need to be able to display strong management skills such as assertiveness and good use of initiative, as well as administration skills and time management in order to succeed.
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be empowered to make decisions which will heavily influence your career path and be responsible for grasping all opportunities that may arise.
