Graduate Management Trainee

Established in 1994, Dunster House Ltd is a growing family run, international business currently employing approximately 300 people across our 9 UK sites.  27 years of designing, manufacturing and retailing garden lifestyle products we are proud to be garden building specialists and distribute our products on our own fleet of vehicles to our customers.

 

This job is based out of our Huntly branch – AB54 4PS.

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a recent or soon to be graduate as a Graduate Management Trainee, with a background in Manufacturing.  This role will give you the opportunity to learn about and be involved in Product manufacturing.  You will demonstrate that you have the ability to be assertive and pro-active, together with demonstrably strong Administration skills and excellent Time Management, Planning and Organisational experience as well as a keen interest in Product Design.  You will be someone who has very strong analytical skills. 

 

You’ll get the support to become the future leader you have the potential to be, like many of our current management team who have also been through this scheme.

 

You will be involved in regular training sessions and meetings designed to give you an overview of each department and role, as well as develop your management skills. You will be trained upon techniques and skills.

 

You will need to have achieved or be set to achieve a 2.1 Technical degree, BEng (Bachelors Engineering) or MEng (Masters Engineering Degree) as well as being able to demonstrate a can do and hands on attitude. Furthermore, you will need to be able to display strong management skills such as assertiveness and good use of initiative, as well as administration skills and time management in order to succeed.
