    10 Year Guarantee
All of the slow-grown timber used in this shed is pressure treated and is guaranteed against rot and insect infestation for 10 years. Protecting your timber thoroughly, you won't need to re-treat for at least ten years or worry about little critters causing havoc.
    Pressure treated shed toughened glass
    Pressure treated sheds styrene
    4mm toughened glass
We use 4mm thick toughened glass, not Perspex or Styrene which can scratch easily and cloud up over time. This is also thicker and less likely to break when hit with the neighbour’s pesky football compared to the industry standard of 3mm horticultural glass.
  • Heavy Duty Frames & Cladding
Our heavy duty 70mm x 35mm framework supports 16mm thick wall, roof and floor boards to prevent unsightly sagging anywhere in your shed.
    Fully pressure treated
All of the slow-grown spruce timber used for this shed is pressure treated. So unlike others even the framework is pressure treated to ensure it lasts. All of our pressure treated timber carries a Genuine 10 Year Guarantee against fungal decay and insect infestation without any need for the customer to apply treatment during this time.
    High Internal Eaves
The internal eaves are typically higher than others (The roof boards are higher still). There's plenty of room for people to walk around without bumping their heads and plenty of spce for storage also.
    Avoid planning permission
This building is under 2.5m high.
Why does this matter? Well, under permitted development rights buildings under 2.5m high can be placed as close as you want to a boundary (eg. a fence line) without planning permission. Buildings that are over 2.5m high, however, need to be placed over 2m away from any boundary (eg. a fence line), which means that with taller buildings you end up with a lot of space behind them. If you want to find out more about permitted development rights see our planning guide
  • Fixings Included
We include all the screws, nails and fixings needed to put your garden building together - not everyone is that thoughtful. It also saves you having to worry about what sort of screws you'll need, what length and other such things, the right fixing for the job is included in the kit!
  • Tall Walkthrough Height
With our extra tall doors, unless you are over 1.86m (6'1'') tall you can walk right the way through without any danger of bumping your head.
    Easy to Build Panel System
This shed is made using a panel system for the walls, so it is straight forward to assemble. We supply half panels which are divided along the height rather than the width so that the join cannot be seen in the completed wall.
    Avoid Sagging Roofs
Our Sheds have very strong 70mm x 35mm roof beams. Spaced leass then 600mm apart always and reinforced with triangular top braces these combine with the 16mm thick individual roof boards to give a very strong roof structure. So you won't end up with that saggy shed look at the bottom of your garden.
  • No Glued together Offcuts
We only use full lengths of timber in our garden buildings - we don't glue separate offcut pieces together with finger joints. Not only are full lengths of timber stronger, but they look much better too. The panels we make are half height rather than divided along the width, so you don't get joins in the cladding where one panel meets another.
  • Internally Beaded Windows
Our internal beading doesn't allow for the glass to be easily removed from the outside. Also, since we use real, toughened glass, whoever wants to enter your garden building will have a real job at it. Unless you gave them a key.

Latli Pressure Treated Shed W3.05m x D3.05m

The image above shows a brief reference to how your products will arrive. All of our garden buildings are made from kiln dried quality graded timber, if it is to be stored prior to construction and treatment all parts must be covered to prevent moisture from warping and rotting the timber.

Well made and solid shed, took 2 of us, 2 days to erect ( 1 a builder ) only problem was Kerb side delivery, means just that and driver not very helpful or friendly as he was abrupt when I asked him anything
By - Glen FullerW on Nov 17,14 Dunster House reply:

Very pleased with shed. Assembly was straight forward with 3 people to lift and manoeuvre sections into position and secure. One section was damaged when delivered because of overtight steel bands round the pallet and no protective packing over edge of board, but replacement was sent within 14 days. Would have helped to get instructions and detailed measurements at time of order rather than wait for them to be delivered when shed arrived in order to make sure that the base was prepared to the exact measurements required.
By - Margaret Thompson on Apr 26,12 Dunster House reply:
Very sorry about the problem with one of the sections of your shed. We are pleased that you were so happy with it once the replacement was delivered.

A very good quality shed, but a lot of work to put together. I have put other sheds up before, and this one involved a lot more work. Some of that is advantageous - for example, the floor-boards run the whole length of floor (normally the floor would have to be transported in two parts for a shed this size). Constructing the window frame and roof joists seemed unecessary - but maybe saves on cost. I guess the solution is - pay them to put it up!
