Sheds & Storage 4mm Toughened Glass
    Sheds & Storage Styrene
    4mm toughened glass
We use 4mm thick toughened glass, not Perspex or Styrene which can scratch easily and cloud up over time. This is also thicker and less likely to break when hit with the neighbour’s pesky football compared to the industry standard of 3mm horticultural glass.
Sheds & Storage Fully Pressure Treated
Sheds & Storage Fully Pressure Treated II
    Fully pressure treated
All of the slow-grown spruce timber used for this shed is pressure treated. So unlike others even the framework is pressure treated to ensure it lasts. All of our pressure treated timber carries a Genuine 10 Year Guarantee against fungal decay and insect infestation without any need for the customer to apply treatment during this time.
Sheds & Storage No Glued Together Offcuts
Sheds & Storage No Glued Together Offcuts II
    No Glued together Offcuts
We only use full lengths of timber in our garden buildings - we don't glue separate offcut pieces together with finger joints. Not only are they stronger, but they look much better too.
Sheds & Storage High Internal Eaves Latli
    High Internal Eaves
The internal eaves are typically higher than other comparable products on the market, reaching 5 feet 11 inches, and the roof boards are higher still. There's plenty of room inside for people to walk around without bumping their heads and plenty of spce for storage also.
Sheds & Storage Avoid Planning Permission Latli 3.0x3.6
This building is under 2.5m high.
Why does this matter? Well, under permitted development rights buildings under 2.5m high can be placed as close as you want to a boundary (eg. a fence line) without planning permission. Buildings that are over 2.5m high, however, need to be placed over 2m away from any boundary (eg. a fence line), which means that with taller buildings you end up with a lot of space behind them. If you want to find out more about permitted development rights see our planning guide

Latli Pressure Treated Shed W3.05m x D3.6m

The image above shows a brief reference to how your products will arrive. All of our garden buildings are made from kiln dried quality graded timber, if it is to be stored prior to construction and treatment all parts must be covered to prevent moisture from warping and rotting the timber.

Average Seller Rating:

It was extremely easy to deal with Dunster House to order this product. The bike shed itself is very nice indeed, easy to erect and a very quality product.

Excellent quality of joinery and panelling. Two of us assembled the floor, sides and roof in one day and finished installation of windows doors and roof covering of square roof shingles in the second day. Feels sturdy and looks really smart. Would recommend to anyone wanting a shed that's built to last.

The shed itself is good quality. The delivery itself could have been Better the driver arrived just after 8 am in the morning saying there should Be someone available to help him unload. This I was never told or I could have Ensured my hubby was here. I said I can help you and with that he had to open the Packaging so we could bring the shed in piece by piece. It was a wet day and it would have been better if the shed could Have remained within its packaging then he insisted he had to leave the packaging with me.

Delivery in my opinion poor most left by kerb at bottom of drive one person helped with a couple of heavy items. Packing was just left on the floor with shed parts. There where some L brackets missing & some wood spars for the fixed windows I brought the required bits locally as it was the weekend and I needed to finish the build. For the price of the shed I feel the design and the fit of the fixed windows is poor. The general design & build is a lot better than others I looked at but could be better with a bit more thought &care. Easy to build the complete build was done in a weekend.

I looked around for some time to find a quality shiplap shed of this size with floorboards and roof planking rather than OSB or chipboard. This shed is more expensive than others at first glance but once delivered the difference in quality becomes apparent, bearers are cut millimetre accurate and panels are of good straight, low knot planking and an exact fit on the bearer base, with good additional reinforcement once assembled. Compared to cheaper sheds this looks far better and should last many years longer. it is easy to achieve a good square shed with basic DIY skills and I installed this one on a wheeled base of decking timber, to allow it to be moved from one side of the garden to the other, as we intend to do some landscaping in the near future but needed a shed for storage pronto. Delivery was also quick and efficient using the vehicle tracking facility. Thanks for good service and quality.

The bike storage shed is just what we wanted and fixed together well. I have no complaints there. However, the delivery guys could do with a lesson in customer service! Ok, we opted for the one man kerb side delivery, understanding that it was exactly that and that we would be required to assist with the delivery, no problem there. However, as we live at the end of a cul-de-sac it would be necessary for the truck to turn in our driveway to get out. We therefore ensured our driveway would allow for that. However, when we suggested they back into our driveway to drop off as they would need to anyway they refused as that was not the delivery we ordered. No big deal to us but they looked ridiculous when they then used our driveway to turn around in. Had we been so petty we could have denied them and made them reverse a long way. I would therefore be hesitant about recommending Dunster house as these items can be bought in many locations. I was trying to support a local business.

GOOD QUALITY - BUT MUCH HARDER TO BUILD THAN EXPECTED The end result is a well-made shed, the design has been well thought through and with only one minor exception all the parts were provided. BUT... none of the parts are labelled, and there are thousands of parts so simply sorting the parts took a few hours. You also need a minimum of two battery-powered drills, a large (1m+) spirit level and a hand-held plane saw, as well as a minimum of two experts for a full day, or two amateurs for 1.5+ days to complete it. The instructions are generally OK, but in some cases (eg windows) they are very misleading, which can take hours to correct later if you get it wrong. Unless you are a carpentry professional with a willing accomplice, you will need to budget some cash to to build this once you've bought it

The Yankee C Low Shed is Superbly manufactured, with all panels accurately sized and consistent. It assembles without difficulty, but the instructions are sketchy and vague in parts and need improvement for raw DIYers. I built mine onto an accurately sized solid concrete slab, omitting the bearers, ensuring no chance of them rotting over the years. I have only two criticisms. Firstly, the window glass is not bedded in sealant, so water weeps around the glass and wets the internal frame. Secondly, if you go for the shingles option, the roof pitch is way below the angle recommended by the shingle manufacurers and no underfelt, so would probably leak in high winds. A bad error. Mine has 25mm insulation added on top of the roof boards and then covered in EPDM rubber roofing, which has a life of 50 years. For appearance only, the shingles are then adhered to the EPDM using Hertalan KS143 adhesive with no nails penetrating the EPDM. If you go this route, the correct adhesive and method is essential with this combination of materials and I'd advise asking Hertalan for guidance. My shed has a third joist added to give an even spacing and horizontal framing members added all round, continuing that already on the window panels. This gives better support if you wish to insulate the walls with cavity insulation and panel them internally. All in all, then, a very sturdy, solid shed which can be made brilliant with a few additions. I'm pretty certain that it will outlast me with no leaks or repairs required. My only complaint is that it was heavily reduced in price a week after I paid for it and before it was delivered. That's not the way to encourage repeat custom.

Excellent sturdy shed, easy to construct. Requires two people to build at certain stages.

From purchase to delivery I have been very happy with this shed. Whilst it is only a slightly bigger footprint than the one it was replacing, the space inside is significantly bigger. I am very happy indeed. My husband and brother in law erected the shed in a day which was great. Very pleased with this shed, it still looks brand new and it is withstanding some really bad weather recently. Would definitely recommend.

The quality of the bike shed is all that I expect from Dunster House. It proved easy to erect with the occasional help of my wife. The only frustration was that the 25mm screws and the tap in-screws were sometimes inadequate for the job and I ended up at B&Q to buy some that were long enough. Despite that, I can recommend this product.

very happy with my purchase, clear instruction manual easily erected by myself alone.

Easy shed to fit together. Good quality, sturdy And looks good. Very impressed with the way it turned out. My only concern was it was only one man delivery so my I had to help unload. I was not Impressed as had I not been available my wife would have had to help him. Which is not acceptable.
By - John Myatt Myatt on Aug 30,16 Dunster House reply:
Dear John. Thank you for your review. As we mention on our website, on the product page and on our Terms and Conditions - the "One Person Delivery Option" is our standard delivery option and is "To Kerbside Only", meaning we will offload in front of your house with your help and you will then need to take the goods on to your property. One of our directly employed drivers will attend and you will need to ensure an able bodied person is present to help offload the goods from the vehicle with the aid of the driver. You will also need to ensure that someone with the authority to accept the goods is available on the day of delivery.

Very happy with our shed - ordering, delivery and construction v efficient.

Extremely impressed with this kit. The design and materials (pressure treated wood, well cut and milled, very nice colour of cedar or redwood - pleasant surprise!) are both excellent, although the fixings (hinges, locking bolt) are a little on the light side. There are a few very minor details in construction that need to be customised, but nothing that a handyman with a few basic tools can't handle. Sturdy construction, and very attractive design. This was built in a small back yard up against a wall and a fence on an uneven slab base. Used Wallboard Mini Megapads and built a floor out of 2 x 4 to the specs of the shed. Due to the way the walls are assembled in units, had no real problems building the shed with virtually no access to it from the outside on two sides. Also used my own roofing felt and shingles, and for security reasons upgraded the hardware. It's a fine shed, and in my mind, very good value.

My wife bought me the PremiumPlus Yankee B High for my birthday as we had just recently moved into a country cottage with a large garden. The workshed was delivered when stated and the driver was fantastic in assisting us to offload. The workshed came with all the parts and fixings easily identified and the instructions were easy to follow. We purchased the workshed with the rapid base which is easy to install and when filled with pea shingle gives you a solid base to construct on. We also purchased the shingle roof tiles which gives it a nice finish on the roof. It was easy to construct and well manufactured. We will certainly be going back to Dunster House soon to purchase a combi shed greenhouse for our next garden project.

Excellent product. The size is just what we wanted. The quality is very good and easy to assemble but need more than 2 person to assemble. The delivery was earlier than expected.
By - Hamidah Othman on Mar 15,16

Good, quick, polite delivery staff who even gave me a hand bringing the pieces down the drive. A very good quality shed and easy to put up. I managed to do almost all of it myself, needing only a bit of help to hold some bits up whilst I screwed them together from inside. Easy to follow instructions. I would go to Dunster again. Thanks.
