Ordered a swing set, and from placing the order to delivery, was very pleased! Got a call to give me a delivery date only a couple of days after placing order and someone rang me on the day of delivery to say roughly what time they would be! Took a couple of afternoons to put together but with only 1 person. Great quality and really pleased now its up! Our little girl loves it and I`m sure will have lots of enjoyable summers playing on it. Would definately recommend.
From start to finish Dunster house were great. The delivery was exactly when we were told and delivery men gave the perfect service, even covering everything up. The workmanship in the gazebo is exceptional and easy to put up. Love the inside of the roof and the colour of the wood is a beautiful colour. Very well made product and looks lovey with lights around it to finish it off.
Stand-alone monkey bars. Ordered through Amazon on Monday 27th March and was told delivery would be between 3rd and 11th April. Received a call from Dunster house on the Tuesday saying they could deliver today Thursday 30th April. We were delighted as our grandsons birthday is on the 3rd April. Package was deliver this morning at 8.30 am. Now that’s what I call excellent service. The two chaps that delivered it were both very friendly and courteous. Would recommend Dunster house to anyone. In fact next year we are getting a brand new summer house which we will be buying from them.
