Easy to order via phone, and good that you can can secure order with deposit and balance to be paid 3 days prior to delivery. found the website easy to navigate which one would be most suited for my needs. Delivery was on time, the only bit which wasn`t great but im not marking down on score, is that the goods won`t be taken to the back of the house, I presume this is due to insurance for the company. It just meant I needed to find help to unpack the gazebo pieces and move then one by one to a secure space rather than leaving on my drive. Overall very satisfied customer and have already had many days sat enjoying the new gazebo its perfect for my garden.

Had an issue early on before delivery which was resolved in under 24hrs. Delivery was on time and dropped in my requested location. Product was good quality and straight forward to put together. Looking forward to enjoying our gazebo for many years to come.
