This is an exciting time to join our business; due to a recent expansion, we are looking for more Sales Executives to join our growing team. We work in small teams in our branches of 5 or 6 people, but we are part of a large national team spread all over the country, with great team work and cooperation amongst all.
A real ‘people person’, you’ll come across as effortless and genuine when talking to our customers. As a result, they’ll trust you to recommend the right product(s) to them as well as any available extras or accessories. With a really thorough knowledge and interest in the products you sell, you’ll have customer facing experience gained in a sales or retail role. You’ll also have a track record of successfully achieving and exceeding targets and the ability to build a rapport with a wide range of people.
We'll recognise and reward your hard work, loyalty and achievements with excellent rewards too. On top of your basic salary, you will receive commission which increases as your sales do. You can also expect a comprehensive ongoing in-house training program which consists of initial 2 weeks of intensive training at our Bedford HQ (travel and accommodation provided where required), followed by regular one-one update training from our training team, both in person and remotely.
Skills, knowledge & experience required:
Branch opening hours are 8.30 – 20.00, working 40 hours per week, less if working a weekend, working 5 days out of 7 on an early or late start.
Holidays are 28 days inclusive of bank holidays.
