    heavy duty gazebo posts
    quality wooden structure brace
    Bracing Corner Posts

At 86mm x 86mm the posts for the Venetian Pavilion Gazebo are very chunky. The thickness of the posts ensures the structure is strong, sturdy and robust.

    easy assembly wooden pavilion
    timber pavilion slats
    Quick ASsembly
Our Venetian Pavilion is easy to assemble as not only are all parts pre-cut (except minor trims), we also supply the roof supports pre-cut to support each of the roof timbers at the required angle, so that fitting these is a breeze compared to trying to fiddle with individual fixings for each board. This will enable you to build the gazebo in just a couple of hours with the help of a friend.
    galvanised gazebo supports
    gazebo metal feet brackets
    Galvanised Steel Fixing Plates
We want your Gazebo to last and be strong, so we provide hot dipped galvanised steel fixings for the bottom of each post to fix the gazebo to your base (generally concrete pads or decking). We guarantee these plates for 10 years against structural failure caused by rust so you can be assured of the long life of not only the pressure treated timber, but also the fixing holding it to the ground.

The image above shows a brief reference to how your products will arrive. All of our garden buildings are made from kiln dried quality graded timber, if it is to be stored prior to construction and treatment all parts must be covered to prevent moisture from warping and rotting the timber.

Average Seller Rating:

Very pleased with end result. Took me two days to build it and although the instructions did say at one point you need 3 people! I did manage it on my own. It would help enormously if the roof slats were part numbered, there are so many it took 2 hours just to sort these out as they're all so similar.

Hi Tony. We're happy that you're pleased with your product. Thank you for your review and for your feedback, that we will take into consideration.

Very good - an awful lot of wood for your money! I do not recommend it but I managed to erect it on my own using C clamps as my helper. It comes with 2 square section poles whose sole purpose is to hold up the apex whilst you bolt it together. The manual says at this point there should be three people each with a step ladder - if you do this on your own you need to chose a day with little or no wind. I strongly advise that before erection measure each roof board and write on the end out of sight, the measurement and if it is a side or end panel. This will save you so much time later as there is very little difference between them. When fitting the longer boards I doubled up on the screws because living by the coast the winds are much stronger. The whole roof is retained only by a 120 mm screw in each corner so I fitted an additional strap in each corner just in case. Finally the manual leaves the fitting of the finials as the last job but they are very tight and best fitted just after the apex is assembled.

We love this, and have no complaints, the delivery team were polite and efficient. We chose this pavilion as it is located in an exposed location, and liked the idea of the slatted roof. Assembly was straight forward, after I had poured some concrete in the corners and mounted the base plates. The roof joints are a bit tight, and the holes need cleaning out with a drill before fitting, or they'll be too tight for the bolts. Assembling the roof slats was straight forward, the middle support on the ends isn't a particularly good fit, causing the slats not to go back far enough. This is due to two reasons, 1), There is insufficient width at the top, narrow roof joint for the loose middle rafter to slot in, so you will have to plane/tapper of the top sides corners/edges to be able to squeeze in the shaped former/rafter, after that it rests fully on the metal flange of one of the roundels and clips easily onto the side timber. This might be that the timber was thicker that normal by a 4-6 mm. 2), When fixing the side's roof slats, the slats do not go back quite far enough to be a tight fit into the corner. This is also due to the loose middle rafter, and could be fixed with a bit of rework to permit the slat to go back a further 10 mm or so. The long sides are more tolerant. Overall very happy.

I am over the moon with my pergola, and have had nothing but excellent service from start to finish. A word of warning, make sure you use the correct centre roof struts, they do differ although they look the same .I didnt and made hard work for myself ,but was able to overcome it.
