    10 Year Guarantee
All of the slow-grown timber used in this shed is pressure treated and is guaranteed against rot and insect infestation for 10 years. Protecting your timber thoroughly, you won't need to re-treat for at least ten years or worry about little critters causing havoc.
    Pressure treated shed toughened glass
    Pressure treated sheds styrene
    4mm toughened glass
We use 4mm thick toughened glass, not Perspex or Styrene which can scratch easily and cloud up over time. This is also thicker and less likely to break when hit with the neighbour’s pesky football compared to the industry standard of 3mm horticultural glass.
  • Heavy Duty Frames & Cladding
Our heavy duty 70mm x 35mm framework supports 16mm thick wall, roof and floor boards to prevent unsightly sagging anywhere in your shed.
    Fully pressure treated
All of the slow-grown spruce timber used for this shed is pressure treated. So unlike others even the framework is pressure treated to ensure it lasts. All of our pressure treated timber carries a Genuine 10 Year Guarantee against fungal decay and insect infestation without any need for the customer to apply treatment during this time.
    High Internal Eaves
The internal eaves are typically higher than others (The roof boards are higher still). There's plenty of room for people to walk around without bumping their heads and plenty of spce for storage also.
  • Fixings Included
We include all the screws, nails and fixings needed to put your garden building together - not everyone is that thoughtful. It also saves you having to worry about what sort of screws you'll need, what length and other such things, the right fixing for the job is included in the kit!
  • Tall Walkthrough Height
With our extra tall doors, unless you are over 1.86m (6'1'') tall you can walk right the way through without any danger of bumping your head.
    Easy to Build Panel System
This shed is made using a panel system for the walls, so it is straight forward to assemble. We supply half panels which are divided along the height rather than the width so that the join cannot be seen in the completed wall.
    Avoid Sagging Roofs
Our Sheds have very strong 70mm x 35mm roof beams. Spaced leass then 600mm apart always and reinforced with triangular top braces these combine with the 16mm thick individual roof boards to give a very strong roof structure. So you won't end up with that saggy shed look at the bottom of your garden.
  • No Glued together Offcuts
We only use full lengths of timber in our garden buildings - we don't glue separate offcut pieces together with finger joints. Not only are full lengths of timber stronger, but they look much better too. The panels we make are half height rather than divided along the width, so you don't get joins in the cladding where one panel meets another.
  • Internally Beaded Windows
Our internal beading doesn't allow for the glass to be easily removed from the outside. Also, since we use real, toughened glass, whoever wants to enter your garden building will have a real job at it. Unless you gave them a key.

Yankee B High Shed W3.05m x D3.6m

The image above shows a brief reference to how your products will arrive. All of our garden buildings are made from kiln dried quality graded timber, if it is to be stored prior to construction and treatment all parts must be covered to prevent moisture from warping and rotting the timber.

Average Seller Rating:

My wife bought me the PremiumPlus Yankee B High for my birthday as we had just recently moved into a country cottage with a large garden. The workshed was delivered when stated and the driver was fantastic in assisting us to offload. The workshed came with all the parts and fixings easily identified and the instructions were easy to follow. We purchased the workshed with the rapid base which is easy to install and when filled with pea shingle gives you a solid base to construct on. We also purchased the shingle roof tiles which gives it a nice finish on the roof. It was easy to construct and well manufactured. We will certainly be going back to Dunster House soon to purchase a combi shed greenhouse for our next garden project.

Quality made workshop that's has great space to store and to complete any DIY jobs that you may have. The workbench is a great addition and much cheaper than buying separately. The windows are quality and as stated toughend glass which is a great addition in comparison to flexi glass etc. The unit is very tall which enables storage of ladders etc with ease. The unit is a time consuming peice to erect and you will need another pair of hands to complete. I had an issue with the hinges and Dunster house was quick to reply and quick to get the issue sorted by sending out the new hinges as soon as they could. Overall you won't get better quality and secureness than this workshop definitely worth the money in comparisons to other cheaper workshops/sheds.

Really pleased with our Yankee workshop. Can't comment on ease of construction, as our builder put it together for us. It took him 6 days to assemble as it's a big, complex building. We had ours insulated and boarded inside to make it usable all year round. The only niggle was one of the windows wasn't finished properly. The internal beading was missing. Dunster House dropped off the missing bits for us, but they weren't cut to size, so we'll have to cut them down, fit them and seal the window ourselves. It would have been nice if they'd offered to fix the problem window for us rather than just drop bits off, as the windows are finished units, not part of the diy kit.

Everything went as I was told it would. Lots of communication as to delivery and it all went smoothly. You do have to help the driver unload, but if youre in reasonable shape its not an issue. If youre not in top form then you'll need to get an extra pair of hands there to help. The delivery guy is on his own and you just cant lift panels that big on your own. They're not heavy - just big. Chose to erect it myself and it wasnt a drama to do. You will need an extra pair of hands though - you just cant lift, hold and screw things that big on your own. Lots of humming and haaing and lets sit down and have a brew while we think about it - but once you got your head round the instructions it was all fairly simple. Took 2 and a half days from flash to bang without pushing hard at all in early december - so the days were short and the weather on one day was a monsoon. You need just basic tools, large spirit level drill driver saw etc and basic DIY skills. If you can put a shelf up straight and not have it fall off the wall you should be fine. Chose to have it untreated and painted it myself - again simple to do if a bit mind numbing. I used those cuprinol wood stain/paint ranges and it looks superb :-) Kitted it out with satellite tv, work benches, vices etc microwave, fridge kettle. Trust me, when the other half is on the war path, the kids are screaming and wrecking everything you'd pay double this price and still think it cheap ! Had so much fun doing it persuaded my mate to come here - he bought a log cabin and I just finished putting that up with him. He's never done any DIY and it still went up a doddle. The log cabins are different construction to the barn, but if anything it was easier. He ended up with personal satisfaction he'd never had before. Whole process very cool - cant say a bad word about anything. Hope that helps
