  • 10 Year Guarantee
All of the timber in this shed is pressure treated and is guaranteed against rot and insect infestation for 10 years. Protecting your timber thoroughly, you won't need to re-treat for at least ten years or worry about little critters causing havoc.
  • 4mm toughened glass
We use 4mm thick toughened glass, not Perspex or Styrene which can scratch easily and cloud up over time. This is also thicker and less likely to break when hit with the neighbour’s pesky football compared to the industry standard of 3mm horticultural glass.
  • Heavy Duty Frames & Cladding
Our heavy duty 70mm x 35mm framework supports 16mm thick wall, roof and floor boards to prevent unsightly sagging anywhere in your shed.
  • Fully pressure treated
All of the timber for this shed is pressure treated. So unlike others even the framework is pressure treated to ensure it lasts. All of our pressure treated timber carries a Genuine 10 Year Guarantee against fungal decay and insect infestation without any need for the customer to apply treatment during this time.
  • High Internal Eaves
The internal eaves are typically higher than others, at 1.86m (6'1'') high, to the bottom of the timber trusses (The roof boards are higher still), there's plenty of room for people to walk aroun without bumping their heads and plenty of spce for storage also.
    Avoid planning permission
This building is under 2.5m high.
Why does this matter? Well, under permitted development rights buildings under 2.5m high can be placed as close as you want to a boundary (eg. a fence line) without planning permission. Buildings that are over 2.5m high, however, need to be placed over 2m away from any boundary (eg. a fence line), which means that with taller buildings you end up with a lot of space behind them. If you want to find out more about permitted development rights see our planning guide
  • Fixings Included
We include all the screws, nails and fixings needed to put your garden building together - not everyone is that thoughtful. It also saves you having to worry about what sort of screws you'll need, what length and other such things, the right fixing for the job is included in the kit!
  • Tall Walkthrough Height
With our extra tall doors, unless you are over 1.86m (6'1'') tall you can walk right the way through without any danger of bumping your head.
  • Easy to Build Panel System
Made using a panel system for the walls our Premiumplus Sheds are straight forward to assemble. We supply half panels which are divided along the height rather than the width so that when completed the join cannot be seen in the shiplap wall boards.
    Avoid Sagging Roofs
Our Sheds have very strong 70mm x 35mm roof beams. Spaced leass then 600mm apart always and reinforced with triangular top braces these combine with the 16mm thick individual roof boards to give a very strong roof structure. So you won't end up with that saggy shed look at the bottom of your garden.
  • No Glued together Offcuts
We only use full lengths of timber in our garden buildings - we don't glue separate offcut pieces together with finger joints. Not only are full lengths of timber stronger, but they look much better too. The panels we make are half height rather than divided along the width, so you don't get joins in the cladding where one panel meets another.
  • Internally Beaded Windows
Our internal beading doesn't allow for the glass to be easily removed from the outside. Also, since we use real, toughened glass, whoever wants to enter your garden building will have a real job at it. Unless you gave them a key.

PremiumPlus Yankee B Low Shed W3.05m x D3.6m

The image above shows a brief reference to how your products will arrive. All of our garden buildings are made from kiln dried quality graded timber, if it is to be stored prior to construction and treatment all parts must be covered to prevent moisture from warping and rotting the timber.

Average Seller Rating:

Very pleased with my workshed 12' x 10' purchased from Dunster House. The construction was good quality and went together with relative ease, for a retired DIYer. I used the website picture to help me identify the trim materials / positions and my only point of issue, being the picture showing 3 door hinges, where in reality only 2 provided (per door). I think 3 would provide robust longevity, as the doors are heavy construction. To conclude, I am delighted with my purchase and will be happy to share my findings with future friends / family looking to purchase a shed. Barry Comar 19th Feb 2014.

I bought my "Low Yankee" workshed from Dunster House about 2 years ago. Whist it was more expensive than other sheds I'd seen advertised, it was clear from the specifications that this would be a superior quality product, and I was not disappointed. I decided on ordering to pay extra for shingles instead of roofing felt, a workbench, and also to have the whole thing heat-treated, not just the base. I was a bit daunted when the whole kit arrived, and was glad to have someone to help unload, along with the helpful lorry driver. There was a problem in that the window frames came unglazed, which was a mistake. Fortunately I noticed this before the lorry was driven away, so the driver was able to confirm the omission. The glass was delivered a few days later. I surprized myself as to how much of the shed-erection I was able to do on my own. I had a bit of help with bolting the panels together and fixing the roof timbers; the rest I did myself. The instructions were comprehensive and helpful - I did suggest one or two minor clarifications to the company once I'd finshed. When I had electricians in to rewire the house, I asked them to use the freely-provided "ready board" for powering the workshed, which they were happy to do. After 2 years, the workshed still looks pristine, with no trace of wood-rot. My grandkids bought me a "Grandad's Office" plaque, which now adorns the building. It's not quite an office though. As well as storing bikes, garden tools etc, I use it for storing & working on my stretched-canvas photoprints which is my retirement hobby. There was a good deal of surplus timber supplied, so I have used most of this to make shelving for this stuff. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase.
