Solid Wall – Perfect if you are using as an office or a room where you might need to put furniture against the walls.

Glazed Wall – With full length windows you can allow the natural light to stream in and enjoy an uninterrupted view out into your garden.

Dwarf Wall – The wall is 600mm high with a large window above so you can still enjoy the sunlight.

Door and Side Window – Made up of wide opening French Doors with a side window, plus extra windows if on 4m or 5m side. Choose whether you want the door on the front or the side of your garden room extension.

Decide on which 3 wall panels you want and place them in a configuration that will work best for your extra living space.

The Addroom® roof, walls, and flooring are highly insulated for year-round use. Meaning that unlike a conservatory which can get too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter, an Addroom® will help maintain the temperature inside your garden room. So you can enjoy a comfortable living space no matter what time of year it is.

With 28mm double glazed windows included, which is thicker than standard double glazing, providing extra insulation. This means that less heat is lost through the windows, resulting in lower energy bills and a more comfortable living environment.

Did you know, the Addroom® will also benefit your home by adding additional insulation? Creating an additional barrier between your home and the outdoors increases your home’s insulation.

Quick Assembly – DIY Modular Garden Room

The Addroom® has been specially designed for quick DIY installation, so you can spend more time enjoying it and less time building it.

We estimate that for 2 people it will take 2-3 days to get your Addroom extension fully erected. Whereas, a brick extension or conservatory could take many weeks or months to complete. Supplied in ready-made sandwich panels for easy assembly, you can enjoy a cheaper, easier and quicker construction than other build methods.
