Perfect Addition to Our Garden
Absolutely love this pergola! Its sturdy, well made and looks beautiful in our garden. We added a clear roof and some lights, and it has completely transformed our outdoor space. Very happy with it and would definitely recommend!

lovely garden shelter
This Arbour has been a brilliant addition to my small garden. With the heatwaves this summer its provided relief from direct sun light enabling me to enjoy the outdoors without getting sunburnt or over heating It offers privacy and shelter whilst being attractive.

Utopia Gazebo 2m x 2m
I bought this Gazebo to install in a sunny corner of the garden where an old greenhouse once stood. Good quality product and reasonably easy to construct. Definitely recommend.

We ordered a gazebo a few months ago, choosing the chunky Leviathan option. Delivery was straightforward, with the team confirming all was present and correct. We had to wait a couple of months to start building as the hardstanding (patio) was waiting for the contractor. The gazebo assembly was straightforward in itself, despite there being several warped beams. Fortunately the tolerances in the pre-cut joints were generous enough for everything to fit together. We built the gazebo on and off over a couple of weeks, and then a bit later went back to finish the roof with shingles, which itself took a whole weekend. This was due to only having one ladder of suitable size. Another issue was that there are bands of lighter colours in several places across the beams, presumably from where they had been overlapped in storage? Unless employing a contractor to build your gazebo, you really need a substantial set of ladders, better still some scaffold/staging, as to reach the middle of the roof means working at significant height. Our top tip for a neat finish, is to overlap all the shingles including along the ridges with no nail heads showing. This is unavoidable on the final ridge shingle, however by smearing the final visible nail heads with the tar-like adhesive, and then sprinkling on some of the sand-like stuff that rubs off the shingles, the nail heads blend in and are not visible.

Good quality with some issues
The Talia tool shed is good quality and easy to erect but is let down by the roof design. The felt supplied is good but not wide enough to enable an overlap at the front and back. This means there is a gap between the felt and the wooden trims. I would gladly have paid extra for wider felt. Instead I had to buy some sealant to prevent water ingress.

The Hellwolf has landed.
The whole Dunster House experience has been a breeze once again. Delivery was on time and very well executed. Construction has been a one man job with the main structure taking about a week and the fitting out a fair bit longer naturally. Very impressed with the quality of fit and overall design of the log cabin to fit a relatively small corner of my garden. Well done Dunster House.

Log cabin
Communication excellent no issues. Delivery on time friendly efficient driver. Cabin went together like a dream. Housed cabin on my own base.2 spare long logs and flooring supplied but did not need. They even supply a tapping block . Need to level and square at regular intervals. Instructions simple and straightforward just need to study for a while. Overall a great experience with Dunster house and would use again and recommend. Great price too if you can catch the discounts.

Quality product, easy to assemble
This is our second Dunster product having assembled a log cabin at a previous property. Delivery was on time and the delivery team helped me get a lot of the packs to the rear of my property. It took me a while to unpack and lay out the components but by following the assembly instructions this whole product went together well in three days. There were no components missing with only some minor quality issues (tendon joint needed to be modified, a couple of deck panels were warped and some rain water had entered a roof board pack and stained the wood). I used a different method to fit the two metal star brackets as the slots in the wood could not be fitted in the stated sequence. But none of these issues were major and all corrected along the way. The gazebo has given us a real useful summer garden building that is cool to sit in and view our garden. The furniture we purchased fits perfectly and the whole set up is great for sharing with family. We have fitted all round guttering and two water buts that have helped store water for use during this dry summer. We are in the process of fitting solar panels, a regulator, two 12v batteries and an inverter to power lighting and small appliances. The roof area is perfect for this. Im looking at options to protect the inside during winter which I had not considered at the time. But this is a consequence of deciding to have an open garden building which is our preferred style v a closed summer house type arrangement. We prefer the open style.

Fantastic service from start to finish , couldnt accept delivery on the first date given so contacted customer service to rearrange , sorted without an issue . Delivery was on time , well packaged and damage free. Relatively easy to assemble , instructions are straight forward and well presented . All in all a fantastic product, highly recommend .

Superb service from the two guys
I spoke to Lee around the 25th July having completed a search on google and Somerset Sheds came up. After an initial chat and review of the web site we agreed the date and an invoice was sent with payment dates. I had not visited the farm, it was all done on trust. The guys turned up today and withing two hours give or take they had demolished my old shed and installed the new one. Superb service from start to finish.
