We deliver our products with our very own fleet of vehicles, allowing us to eliminate any issues that can occur from using a third party delivery service. We can provide a more personal, flexible approach to your delivery without worrying about the time and financial constraints that can occur by using external couriers. It also allows us to make sure your Garden Building is loaded and transported safely so it doesn’t get damaged in transit. Dunster House are in control of your order from manufacturing to delivery so we can provide the best customer service throughout.
We strive to make the ordering process as stress free as possible for you which is why we have a tracking tool on our website to allow you to follow the driver from our depot right to your front door. When you order your Garden Building, you will be given an order number. This is your tracking information so ensure you keep it safe as you will need it to use our online tracker.
Our online tracker is the fastest way to keep up to date with the progress of your delivery. It doesn’t matter the number of times you enter your tracking number, it will follow the driver on his entire route, all the way to your front door. On the day your delivery is due, you can track your order online here with only your postcode and order number. We have large depot’s around the United Kingdom and allow our drivers to pick their own routes based on load, traffic and ease of route so we will not be able to give you an exact time of delivery but rather an approximation.
However, our tracking service lets you follow the driver's vehicle to see how far away from you they are at any point in time. This means you will not have to spend your whole day inside waiting for your delivery, it gives you the unique opportunity to utilise your time around the delivery slot. You can go into the office to catch up on work, go to the shop or complete any more errands you need to without worrying about missing your delivery slot.
By using the tracker, you can ensure someone is in your house at the point of delivery because you don’t want to miss your delivery slot. If you do, and the driver can not deliver, not only will redelivery fees apply (see our Terms and Conditions for more information) but you will have to wait even longer for your Garden Building.
