Good product, good service.
Delivered on time with no fuss ( we live down a narrow, gated lane). Helpful delivery guys unloaded where we wanted it. Potting shed is well made and accurately built meaning no stress construction. All round a good experience and a happy wife!

Perfect little work cabin
The light wood cladding and exposed beams create a calm, Scandinavian-style vibe that works perfectly as a dedicated office or creative studio. The long window alongside the desk and the feature window behind the chair bring in plenty of natural light while still keeping the space private and cosy. The framed artwork, shelving and plants all sit beautifully against the timber, making the cabin feel like a thoughtfully designed room rather than just a garden shed conversion. As a functional office it works brilliantly: there is ample room for a full-size desk with a curved monitor, laptop and accessories, plus a separate, very comfortable swivel chair that encourages longer working sessions without feeling cramped. The layout leaves clear floor space and smart storage options, including shelving high up on the wall and a compact unit for a heater or log burner effect, which helps keep the footprint efficient. Small details really elevate the cabin the hanging plant, photos and certificates on the wall, and the soft dog bed in the corner all help it feel personal and lived-in rather than just a temporary workstation. The ambient lighting behind the desk, especially with the green glow, adds a modern touch and makes it a fantastic spot for both daytime work and evening focus sessions. Overall, this cabin is a brilliant example of how to create a professional yet relaxing workspace at home: warm, well laid out, and full of character. It would be easy to spend full working days here and still feel refreshed, and it definitely adds value and appeal to the property as a high-quality garden office.

Good quality timber, design, and (DIY) construction.
I was trying to buy a 5X7 garden shed. Dunster House, who I already thought well of, came up with only one option. It was better than rival suppliers in all the important ways: pressure treated, timber (not useless OSB) roof and floor, spruce rather than pine (so fewer knots). Good quality roof felt. And thicker T&G walls. It cost a little more, but I got an extremely good black Friday deal (35%off), so it wasn't too much more than other suppliers. I was in a hurry, as a friend had agreed to help put it up just 2 weeks later. So I didn't read every detail, and failed to notice till I'd paid, and got access to the online construction manual, that I was buying a log cabin, rather than a conventional shed!!! Rather than arriving in constructed panels, it would arrive as a pile of planks, and have to be build 'log' by 'log' from the ground up. We decided to go ahead anyway. Worse still, it was late November, and heavy rain was predicted for the entire weekend. In the end the Sunday was dry, and we managed to build the entire thing, finishing by torchlight that evening. I should mention that I'm an elderly woman, and with arthritic joints; my friend was a little younger and fitter, and more experienced. The detailed manual was pretty good. We both studied it in advance. The timber, its condition and its machining was very good: the T&G boards that made up the walls went together without too much difficulty. They had included offcuts of the T&G we could use as tapping blocks, to avoid hammering the tongues. All the very many parts were present, with one or two spare boards in case of problems. So reassuringly professional, and the resulting building feels pretty robust and looks good, and has been admired by visiting handymen. We did use additional 3be3 lengthwise bearers, 4 of them, under the cabin (on top of a concrete base) despite it having it's own more slender bearers. And we took a lot of trouble to get the bearers level and square (as advised in the manual). We did need a circular saw to trim a couple of timbers to width. And we did add a couple of re-enforcing batons along the inner top edge of the long sides, to make it easier to attach the roof timbers. And we constructed the floor earlier than advised in the manual, both of which helped. So yes, well done Dunster House. I recommend. And they were very nice about changing the delivery date, when I found I needed to.
