Good Product Lousy After Care Support
Amazing product but the after sales is awful. Cant talk to anyone have to email. We received the biggest unit that Dunster Sale. Packing list stated that everything was packed and checked by two People but somehow we have ended up with 1 A Corner and 3 B Corners. No one can answer why or give us time scales of when a replacement will be sent. Really unimpressed with After Sales which is a shame as the product is amazing.

Excellent service
We found Dunster house on line and finding the porch we liked with a great price to boot we rang customer services and the gentleman on the other end of the line was very helpful and we proceeded to purchase the porch. He told us that it might take upto 2 weeks for delivery which we didn't mind and the delivery personnel would give us a call to set a date,and to our surprise we had a date of 4 days,can't fault that at all. Upon the day of the delivery they contacted us 1 hour before to say it was on its way once here they checked everything off and then they were on their way. We really can't fault the service and we we were going to get anything else from Dunster house we wouldn't hesitate. Once again thanks for everything.

Nice but price in Black Friday stings
Our gazebo is currently going up having ordered a few weeks ago. I know some people will get a bargain but I’m now questioning the quality if they can sell it that cheaply. I feel a bit robbed paying more than £1200 for something they’re now selling at under £300. We just have the shingle to go on so not even using it yet. Maybe I’d feel less grumpy if we’d been using it for some time. Clearly they can price as they wish and we’ve been unlucky with timings but if they can make a profit at that price, how good is the wood?

Good product and service
Ordered our cabin back in September and was delivered on our specified date. Delivery guys were great and stacked the parts in the order of assembly which was useful. Myself and my brother in law built the cabin over 2 days and in the main was straightforward. My advice from experience is to definitely ensure you have a level base and make sure that the bottom logs are square! Had a few logs which were bowed which did require some additional malletting and some were corrected by swapping the logs around. A couple of small gaps when the cabin was fully built but some silicone has done the trick. Had a minor issue with the door lock but have rectified this and some adjustment to the door hinges so that it closes properly. My only recommendedation is for the instructions to be a bit more detailed. Did have to use common sense on a few occasions where we struggled with the instructions. This all said it was fun to construct and its a solid product.

Love the Dutch Barn Shed
Its a good quality, looks great and a well designed shed, we’re very happy with it. All i would say is, at times i think the instructions could have been slightly clearer, i appreciate its not that easy showing in a line diagram.

Good shed but poor build instructions
This building took me and a builder friend 6 days to assemble. The build instructions are poor and the parrs list is hard to decifer as nothingnl is labelled. In addition there are no videos on YouTube of this particular model. It is a shame that the company do not provide better instructions, as it spoilt the whole process. My other major gripe is the shed base only measures 3.25m x 2.35m when complete, so don't know how it can be sold as 3.5 x 2.5?? I also did not like the idea of having to use 100's of clout nails to fix the cladding. In the end I went and bought myself a nail gun which speeded things up no end. One minor gripe- when it was delivered the men had to unpack it all to get it off the truck, as they had no grab crane. Also left me with issues making sure the rewrapping was water tight.

Amazing
What a wonderful quality shed. The wood is excellent and smells just like a forest. It took a couple of days to build, we put it on a cement base. And it looks as if its always been there . Im so very happy with it . All my garden tools are now organised , I can bird watch through the quality glass, its secure , and dry . All I need now is a kettle and an electric point ! I absolutely love it . I have put a video on but not sure if you can view it I wish I could put some photos on here

Excellent Service
We ordered glazed side panels for our gazebo that arrived today just as promised by the sales team. Had a phone call to inform us of a time to expect them. The delivery lads parked neatly on our driveway and carried them to the back of our bungalow. Extremely pleasant and helpful delivery people a real credit to the company. Lovely Home Office
I'm delighted with my Dominator pressure treated office. I would class myself as a bit of a novice DIYer, but with help from family we managed to build it and it's now in use. I'm quite proud of myself. The delivery was flawless. They arrived on time and in the location stated. The instructions did become confusing at times, but the video of it being built was a great help when I did get confused. There was plenty of screws and spares to use as well. The main process took 3 of us a weekend to complete. It did take me a week to finish the cladding and the fascia parts due to doing it after work in the evenings, so maybe another day would have got it all done. I did get an experienced glazer to put in the glass, but that because I didn't want to mess it up! But overall I enjoyed the experience, and really happy with the finished article. The support from Dunster as well prior, during and after the process was a very pleasant experience and all their customer and sales teams were great. A few tips if you're a novice. > Watch the video on how to build it more than once before delivery. It's really helpful when you need a bit of help while building it. > Get at least 3 people to carry out the build, especially the first part. Once you have the roof on, it is easy with 2. > Plan out the cladding loosely before putting it in fully. I did it lightly before committing. > The roof is solid, so you won't be able to have spotlights inside. > Get the extra PIR insulation. It's definitely worth it. Don't be afraid to give it a go. And thank you Dunster House for the service and product quality. Everyone has said how smart it looks.

Honest DIY Review
Ordering Process: Great Delivery: Great Communication: Pre Delivery Great. Contacting Customer Service only by email and no support on DIY questions. Product: Great Instructions: Good - missing a couple of pieces of information on which screws/nails to use. Best guess or continue as previous step seemed to work. Time: Took nearly a week as a competent DIYer Composite Material: DO NOT buy the unpainted unless you plan to paint it. We did as liked the natural colour but ended up with 50 shades of yellow due to so may different batches.
