Excellant Gazebo Great product

Great product, good quality, everything was included, took 2 guys 6 hours to build, instructions were great. Looks amazing.

Very pleased but do not underestimate the build involved

Final product is exactly what I was looking for, very happy with it and is of good quality. Building of the office took WAY longer than expected, so ensure plenty of time is set aside. The instructions are good but could be a lot clearer in places with more detail, so triple check everything you do. Also whilst putting together think of what will eventually go on/ next to each part, I had to remove and redo a whole section of cladding because it did not align with the corner timbers that go on a lot later. Once it is up and painted though it looks excellent and I would definitely recommend! Customer service and delivery were faultless.

Fantastic Cabin & Excellent Value for Money

We are so pleased with our Helena garden office! The kit and instructions were easy to understand and straight forward enough to assemble. Everything fits together beautifully and is really well made. Well thought out and would highly recommend.

Great log cabin easy to put together full instructions great price would buy items again

Previously had a terrible experience with another company. Initially called for more info on the product and the customer assistant was very helpful. It arrived promptly within the time frame that was stated as 7 days. Delivery drivers were very helpful and polite. Started to put together but had 2 roof panels missing. We emailed to rectify this and they were delivered in 7 days, however they stated that customers should check all pieces are there upon delivery, inventory checklist had been signed off as complete however this clearly was forged, also we were informed that any problems like this have to be given 2 weeks to rectify before any discount will be applied. Instructions were easy to read but not as clear as would be expected for such a complex build. States 2 person construction but certain elements need 3-4 people to lift and support sections. Framework and panels did have some scratches but nothing too obvious. Overall great company and love our new gazebo.

Structural elements are too thin and too soft

Nice designs and options, but the structural elements are too thin and too soft. They should provide much wider cross beams and rafters for the structure. My roof (Utopia lean-to-gazebo) started sagging after a couple of weeks due to bending rafters and requires reinforcement now. This issue can only be identified once everything has been assembled. Now after paying a lot of money for the gazebo and its assembly I need to pay more for the installation of the extra rafters.

Not that helpful delivery drivers.

Communication about delivery time was great. And then the van arrived on our 7m wide London street. The van parked on the opposite side of the road from our house but the team refused to walk the 7m across the road to deliver onto our front area, nor would they simply park in the middle of the street with hazards on, 5m away to do a quick unload with some help from our team. So car owners had to be found and cars moved so they could park 2m from the house delivering onto the pavement. We were all somewhat bemused.

Love it arrived quick buy 2 happy delivery men even on a hot day went together all good. Looks amazing quality wood and roof I can't find where to upload photos 😫 x we order a cabin as well look great as well

Exceptional Quality

We ordered the 3x3 open gazebo. Delivery was good, they call you before they arrive, it was delivered along our drive, and covered by them with a waterproof sheet. The 4 main posts are wrapped to protect them. Installation was mostly easy for 2 people and instructions were easy to follow. The roof section was a bit more complicated and needed 4 of us to get it on top initially. It's definitely an easy build for most people I would say. I decided afterwards I wanted the curtains, so contacted DH and it wasn't a problem. I will say however I'm not completely satisfied with the curtains, they feel a little small when tied up into the corners, it seems from the picture they show on this website the curtains cannot be pulled into the corners from the centre points. I had to unhook some and have it in straight lengths on the corners, it doesn't look so pretty, so I am tad disappointed as they cost and extra £200. All in all though we are thoroughly happy with our purchase and brilliant quality and service from DH. We would highly recommend!
