Gender Pay Gap Reporting Statement 2021
We are an employer required by law to carry out Gender Pay Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.
This involves carrying out calculations that show the difference between the average earnings of men and women in our organisation; it will not involve publishing personal individual data.
We are required to publish the results on our own website and a government website. Our data, taken as at 5th April 2023 and accompanying statement is set out as follows:

The average hourly rate for a male was £14.54. For a female the rate was £13.86. This results in the -4.70% difference in the mean figure reported above. The median information for a male was £12.50 and a female was £12.02, resulting in a -3.8% difference.

The average bonus payment for a male was £21,690.48. For a female, the bonus payment was £13,764.23 on average. This results in the 36.5% difference in the mean figure reported above. The median information for a male was £20,462.72 and a female was £13,160.57 resulting in a 35.7% difference.
