Our hot tub enclosures boast a Perspex dome that sits at the top of the roof. This way you get to enjoy the sunlight streaming through during the day as well as stargaze in the evening. If you’re looking for an elegant focal point for your garden, look no further than our selection of wooden pavilions. Enhance the look of your garden and your mood with a style of roof that allows air to flow through as well as provide shade from the elements. A perfect idea on a warm sunny day or during spring’s sweet breeze.
All our Venetian pavilions are made from fully pressure treated timber which we guarantee for 10 years against rot and insect infestation. We also give 10 years guarantee against structural failure caused by rust on our hot dipped galvanised steel fixings we use for the bottom of each post.
We only use full lengths of timber in our wood gazebos. This means we don’t glue separate offcut pieces together with finger joints. Not only are they stronger, but they look much nicer too. Also, our wooden pavilions are easy to assemble as all pieces of timber are pre-cut (Except minor trims), including the roof supports.

Wooden Gazebo Maintenance
To ensure your wood gazebos and arbours have a prolonged life, it’s crucial that you take the correct measures to maintain them properly. Our experts recommend that you perform systematic checks to your wooden gazebos and arbours at least once a year. When performing maintenance pay close attention to mould and mildew, weed control and roof maintenance.
Should you find mould and mildew on your wooden gazebo, don’t be alarmed. By employing a few simple cleaning-based tips, you can easily remove the mildew from your garden gazebo. Start by filling two buckets of water. Leave one bucket as it is, with clear water, and add a mild detergent to the second bucket. Then, take a soft cloth and moisten it with in the mild detergent solution.
Wring the cloth out so that it’s barely moist and proceed by scrubbing the areas of your gazebo that are affected by mildew. Once finished, take another clean cloth and rise with clean water. After that, take a third piece of clean cloth to dry the problem area.
In case where a white layer appears after you have cleaned the problem section of your wooden gazebo, simply use the furniture cleaner to remove the waxy residue. Finally, apply a thin layer of paste wax for an attractive finish.
If your garden gazebo is painted, replace the mild detergent with chlorine bleach and skip the application of furniture cleaner and paste wax. Instead, after cleaning, let the wood dry out naturally.
It’s important that you take measures in removing the weeds from the areas surrounding your gazebo, pergola and arbour. Especially when you have trained climbing plants engulfing your arbour as the chances of it being infiltrated with weeds are increased.
In addition, it’s vital that you check the roof of your gazebo at least twice a year for damage. Ensure the gazebo roof is leak-free and that no branches or excessive amount of leaves have fallen onto the roof. If there are leaves, remove them immediately.
Planning permission for garden buildings
You may have found exactly what you’re looking for, a garden gazebo to your exact taste and measurements. That’s great! However, before placing an order for your wooden garden building, it’s important to familiarise yourself with any planning permissions or building regulations that may apply in your area.
The good news is that most of our wood gazebos don’t require planning permission. This is due to our unique designs that utilise the maximum width and height available to us. Thus giving you as much space as possible, without the need to opt for tall log cabins. Although we have a wide range of under 2.5m gazebo shelters, some exceptions may still apply. Hence, it’s vital that you check whether you’ll need planning permission or not.
To make it easier for you we created a quick step Planning Permission questionnaire to help you determine whether you’ll need planning permission.
