Our corner log cabins are available in 45mm walll thickness, and come with double glazed windows and doors as standard.

Our 45mm log walls contain over 60% more wood than a 28mm wall and are ideal for use all year round. These cabins have a U-Value of 1.93 w/m2 k. U-Values provide a measure of heat loss found within building materials used for walls, floors and roofs.

When building a Dunster House Corner Log Cabin you don’t need to worry. The notched logs interlock easily into one another, and our windows all come pre-assembled. This means you don’t have to put them together, you just simply need to slot them in. If you wish to add a little character to your windows, they do come with stylish Georgian bars, however this is completely optional on whether you want to install them or not.

Erecting a log cabin, you don’t need to be an expert at DIY. However, if you feel slightly apprehensive to do the construction, a local carpenter or handyman will be able to install it for you.
