We have some exciting news, we have hit a milestone with over 10,000 Trustpilot reviews with a Trust Score of 4.6/5.
Last week we hit 10k reviews on Trustpilot, and we would like to start off by thanking each and every customer that has taken their time out to leave a review. As a company we strive in providing the best customer service possible.
Receiving such lovely, positive reviews from so many customers uplifts our spirits and makes each day worthy. Collating reviews on Trustpilot was a journey that started back a few years ago and ever since we have seen extreme amounts of value in the platform. We try to take the time to read and respond to each and every Trustpilot review, of all ratings. Taking feedback from customers is one of the best ways to move the business forward, especially as we only desire to make each customer’s experience seamless as can be.
