Dunster house works hard to ensure all the products we sell are of extremely high quality. We have no ‘middle man’ so all quality control is completed by the Dunster House team. We hope that this means you will never need to cancel your order. However we know that circumstances change and, sometimes, customers change their minds.
We give you 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order as per the Consumer Contracts Regulation. This right does not extend to bespoke orders that have been customised directly for yourself, made to order or are one off products. Your statutory rights will not be affected if you choose to cancel with us.
If you choose to cancel your order at any point after delivery, or after the driver has lived the registered delivery address, then you will need to organise this. This return will need to be organised by yourself, at your own cost.
Once we have received the Garden Building, it will be checked to ensure no alterations have been made and that the product is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. If these conditions are met, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the product.
