We are currently looking to employ a temporary (6 Months) full time Cleaning and Maintenance Operative.
Established in 1994, Dunster House Ltd is a growing family run, international business currently employing over 450 people across our 11 UK sites.
With 30 years of designing, manufacturing and retailing garden lifestyle products we are proud to be garden building specialists and distribute our products on our own fleet of vehicles to our customers.
This job is based at our Factory in Huntly – AB54 4PS
Job includes:
- Cleaning of offices & welfare facilities including but not limited to – cleaning toilets, wiping down surfaces, hoovering, mopping & emptying bins across the site
- General maintenance – Upkeep of basic gardening, e.g. weeding, strimming, keeping the site looking generally tidy & handling minor repairs in carpentry, basic plumbing repairs, painting and decorating
- Fire alarm testing/ exit door checks / extinguisher checks
- Testing of the water for Legionella
- Carry out all other requests from management on an ad-hoc or regular basis as required
Requirements:
- 40 hours per week
- Right to work in the UK
Pay:
- £11.50 p/h
