Our Sales Advisors can fully expect to earn in the region of £35,000 gross per annum. However, with an uncapped commission, our top achievers can earn up to over £50,000.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our successful and ever-growing Sales team.
Established in 1994, Dunster House Ltd is a growing family run, international business currently employing approximately 400 people across our 11 UK sites.
With 29 years of designing, manufacturing and retailing garden lifestyle products we are proud to be garden building specialists and distribute our products on our own fleet of vehicles to our customers.

You’ll take the time to talk with people either on the phone, or on live chat and will build a genuine rapport to identify exactly what they need. Ideally from a retail customer service or sales environment with a track record of high achievement and meeting targets.
This does not involve cold calling.
Skills, knowledge & experience required:
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Sociability and ability to establish relationships
- Eagerness to learn about our fantastic products and to pass this knowledge onto customers
Hours:
Opening hours are 8.30 – 20.00, working 40 hours per week, less if working a weekend, working 5 days out of 7 on an early or late start.
