No, it is not necessary to have an account with us when ordering. This means there’s not another log in, for another website, that you will need to remember.
However, once you have placed an order with us, you can log in to our website to gain access to our customer login area. Here you will find all the details about your order and delivery, and copies of product installation manuals for the item you have purchased. You will also be able to make any outstanding payments, and confirm and track your delivery. To create your own personal login, you will need to enter in your order number (usually beginning with SO) and your postcode.
